Indeed for 30 years black years there's no improvement in the lives of black people in this country. The social grants are not adequate to sustain a family for nearly a month. Extremely poor family must also be supported with small groceries once a month as a supplement to the grant. It's a shame that black people live the lives of scavenging in this democracy.
