Honda City 2010 Handbrake STUCK because of LOOSE grip! | Urdu

A strange thing happened with my Honda City 2010 that day-the handbrake got stuck and won't get disengaged. It wasn't a usual handbrake issue, but something related to the plastic grip of the handbrake.
