I've heard some amazing stories from WW1/2/Korea/Vietnam veterans. They can be the most amazing, descriptive story teller but it can still be hard to really fully picture what they did, especially to laymen who don't know much about war/combat. Lots of Ukrainian veterans won't have such a problem.
I remember, not long after the war started, I watched an interview with an injured commander who was captured after his tank was taken out. All the while he was telling his story you could see drone footage of the engagement, and even him abandoning the tank (IIRC). First time I had ever seen such a video, it was truly amazing.

thats a m113 APC donated from the Netherlands with a 50cal mounted on top. their armour is so thin. it stops bullets from ak, but not anything bigger.
