Beautiful older half dollar coins Daniel ! Thank you for sharing. I could tell in your voice, you were very happy. 50c in 1810 is about $12 today according to the internet. I know allot of us say it..if a coin could only talk... the hands it went through, the scenes it saw, the voices it heard.. would be really cool.
Love the expression on your face opening the packages. Like a kid on Xmas. Your love of coins is evident. Nice looking coins. I get the same way whether buying or coin roll hunting and finding something unique.
Love em! Got a few myself! Also have an 1810 half graded just like that one you showed! Very nice bust and seated halves you have in your coin collection!
Daniel normally doesn't have alot of Seated coins, a lot of the dates he was showing were not very common either some of those 1840's dates have a big premium. The 1891 is a date that is very collectible since it is the last year minted. Beautiful coin overall
I just love your vids! This one featured my severe weakness,Seateds and Capped Bust coinage. Those and Standing Liberty Quarters are my all time favs. Hope you are doing well !
I often wonder about old coins, how many people had them and all of the places they traveled. Every once in awhile I will find the "where's George " dollars and enter the numbers on the website.
Just like you said Daniel. Who touched the coins. I HAD past tense an 1830 half VG. It walked away. (Stolen) . Then the nicer AU 50 to 55's who put them away and saved them. Abe Lincoln maybe???👍👍👍
Daniel I have a few Capped Bust half Dimes that are my favorite coins. On that note I would like to say thanks for sharing buddy, always great Information sir.
Seated coins are my favorite!! I only own about 2 or 3 seated dimes, and one half dime! Im hoping one day i can get some seated quarters and halfs. I love the circulated coins the best! Imagine the storys the circulated coins can say! Capped bust halfs look just as great!!
I recently purchased 3 1807 halves and i started to wonder if they might be fake. I bought them online. Haven't received them yet. I was very worried they could be fake primarily because the top left star on the obverse looks to close to the head, almost touching. But it looks like in your last two coins, 1811 and 1810 i believe you said, they look close to the head like mine. Giving me some reassurance. I guess no way to know until i receive them and inspect them and weigh them. Yikes.
Beautiful ... I always like your lack of enthusiasm when you open the coin package (lol). It's Christmas Morning with a new toy. Will be visiting the web site ... love those seated Liberty.
From the photos, the 1855 Seated Liberty Half Dollar looks to be better than AU-50. I don't understand why it isn't a 55 or even a 58. PCGS missed that one. PQ for the grade would be an understatement.
them are cool looking coins, but i really like silver coins with ships or ship wrecks on them from around the world, all silver really thats from around the world
Yes I like them I have a blast white ms 63 1946 Booker T Washington some people like the blast whites basically why I cleaned my silver bars its because I like my silver to shine
Have 3 Capped Bust Half's 1818, 1829, 1836, figure all are like V-6 thru and v-12...but still might send em in... cool vid..jealous of all those AU-50's
I found 10 2020w Weir Farm quarters out of 30 rolls. Wish I would have bought more rolls, still hope to find more W mint mark quarters of other varieties.
i absolutely love the earlier coins, particularly from 1793-1839 or so...the flowing hair and bust coinage...my favorite american series to collect, though anything imo up to about wwii i collect too. damn the early 20th century stuff are remarkably beautiful . cheers and thanks for showing us some nice coins! show us more !!!
Daniel normally doesn't have a lot of Seated coins and the dates he showed were not that common, especially for the grade. What's better is that the price is almost always right and if not he usually accepts some offers.
Those are some mighty fine Capped and Seated Halves! I also enjoy how that Eagle reverse design, although modified several times over the decades, covered so much history between 1807 and 1891.
Excellent coins!! Sorry about the heat and all. Course it could have been worse, you might have opened up the box and found a bunch of Michigan Faygo pop, pasties from the U.P. and Traverse City cherries! Very good lot of coins
Good morning Daniel I really like them both some of those dark coins are just absolutely beautiful and the same holds true with the bright white ones and I love it there when you get all excited , I get excited with you another great one Daniel have a great day bud thanks again
I was able to buy a robin's button and the finish went to the Moon with Neil Armstrong and do celebrate 50 years his son had so many made from PCGS graded and authenticated it's not the cheap copper ones you see the you get an armband when you buy one the finish actually went to the Moon they didn't give the astronaut's life insurance so to make up for it they were allowed to take stuff I couldn't afford one of the coins he took but the antique finish it is over 1 oz of silver but they are called Robbins buttons
Daniel. I got my 50th birthday gifts yesterday from my family...I got ngc ms67 1938 d buffalo nickle, ngc ms66 1944 d war nickle silver, 1905 pcgs ms63rb indian head penny.....piecetaresitance
I purchased a complete set in NGC MS66 for 2020-W Quarters. Lets see what they do over time. Also got the Rev. Proof 2020 Jefferson nickel in NGC PR70 to put away with the quarters.
Sweet coins, love me some bright white slabs, received my order really liked the 7/11 radom one ounce round, and the slabbed Canadian forever maple is nice and the other stuff was also very nice condition thanks again
I love how you continue to mix it up more lately bringing in some older mid-upper range coins. Just curious how well these coins sell for you compared to Morgan’s, Lincoln’s and some of the more common stuff?
I’m a little surprised by that but I can totally see why that would be. For me as time has gone on I’ve started to gravitate towards these coins more. Thanks for the reply Daniel !!
Good you got A/C going because 85°F is NOT good for coins. I love the older coins and My king of my collection besides my 1916 SLQ VF30 I just got is my 1805 Quarter in Browning 1 I got in 2016 and when i got it I didn't know much Just wanted a quarter from the time period but I ran certification number on it and it said 1805 25C Browning 1 F15 and there is only 1 in PCGS ever graded and its the highest grade B.1 out there :) there are 53 others in all grades and dies 1-5 dies out there this one is (population 1) it's the only one in existence and I'm pretty sure NGC ever graded one .
Beautiful slabbed coins, I forgot to thank you for saving the WP strap for me,thank you so much. Hopefully you'll be open Tuesday, we'll be there if you are.
I saw one old videos from you where you talked about 1964 kennedy dollar. I bought a series by accident and it had a 64 in it that looked pretty similar to what you showed. How can I send you a few pictures so you can take a look to give an opinion? I am a beginner in all this coin collecting. Not sure if you give advice but I said I try my luck.
Its exciting to see a dealer authentically be excited like a collector. This was one of my favorite videos of yours, Daniel. These coins you showed are my favorites.
Morning Daniel!!🍵 My father told about cleaning out hog lots for 50 cents a day during the great depression!! I can't begin to imagine what that would have purchased in 1811!!!!!!
I apologize it's called a robin's medal and it's from 2019 Apollo 11 50th anniversary Robin's medal restrike I tried to put the paperwork up and a picture of the medal it won't allow me to
Daniel I have a 2000 S proof wide AM,now from what I heard they are very rare rarer than the 1992. I have one and is a ms 69-70. Please tell me if I’m correct and if so what’s the going price.
Great collection. I've been wanting a seated dollar for some time now. I purchased from you last week was very pleased and will buy again. Very fair prices
My coin shop website portsmouthcoinshop.com/
Hard to believe you can get coins 200 years old for 80 to $100
Looking forward to stopping by the shop next time I'm in the area on the way to Nashville, thanks for your input

Thanks Daniel, I enjoyed seeing those old halves. Can't beat bright white frosty.
Great old halves. Love thinking about the history of these.
Very nice coins!
Love em!
Got a few myself!
Also have an 1810 half graded just like that one you showed!
Very nice bust and seated halves you have in your coin collection!
Love those halves!
Beautiful coins
I like that 1843 O vf35. I like the contrast. Nice.
Nice! Love the early silver U.S. coins.
Good stuff
Thanks for everything you do! I just bought the 1814 f15 capped bust. It will have a great home with me! Thank you kind sir!
Thank you! Its on the way
Seated is my favorite coin design
Daniel normally doesn't have alot of Seated coins, a lot of the dates he was showing were not very common either some of those 1840's dates have a big premium. The 1891 is a date that is very collectible since it is the last year minted. Beautiful coin overall
That large slab is amazing.... just might be the next one I need to save up for and make my first purchase from you for! Wow amazing.
Awesome. Beautiful coins. I love the bright white ones myself. Thanks Daniel.
Great video. I agree with you on the history of these coins. That is why I first got into collecting.
Those are beautiful coins. 😍
I did enjoy that. Nice coins
All NICE!
Thanks for the video....
I just love your vids! This one featured my severe weakness,Seateds and Capped Bust coinage. Those and Standing Liberty Quarters are my all time favs. Hope you are doing well !
👍Thanks for sharing Daniel. Love all the history. If only the coins could tell their stories. 🙂
I often wonder about old coins, how many people had them and all of the places they traveled. Every once in awhile I will find the "where's George " dollars and enter the numbers on the website.
Daniel,
those are some nice halves you picked up
Just like you said Daniel. Who touched the coins. I HAD past tense an 1830 half VG. It walked away. (Stolen) . Then the nicer AU 50 to 55's who put them away and saved them. Abe Lincoln maybe???👍👍👍
love your genuine passion for coins Daniel its wonderful - take care and stay safe
Neil Armstrong's footprint. Wow! What a coin! I agree and believe we should have Lady Liberty on all of our coinage.
I'm a Capped Bust Collector. I Love the Bust Half's.
There were some nice ones!!
Daniel I have a few Capped Bust half Dimes that are my favorite coins. On that note I would like to say thanks for sharing buddy, always great Information sir.
That 59-O AU 50 is MINE !!!
Seated coins are my favorite!! I only own about 2 or 3 seated dimes, and one half dime! Im hoping one day i can get some seated quarters and halfs. I love the circulated coins the best! Imagine the storys the circulated coins can say! Capped bust halfs look just as great!!
The 1891 Seated Half in XF-40 is priced to sell. It's a better date and hard to find. I will have to pick it up in a few days if no one else does.
BOORING!
Nice stuff.
I love the OGH holders. I bought a 1927 St Gaudens Double Eagle in an OGH and it looks really nice in it.
Cool coins!
Always a pleasure to watch your vid's Daniel as it lets we collectors down under see some truly historic coins. Love that 2019 5oz coin !!
I recently purchased 3 1807 halves and i started to wonder if they might be fake. I bought them online. Haven't received them yet. Nice looking coins. I too prefer a nice looking high AU - vs - a beat up low MS.
Have 3 Capped Bust Half's 1818, 1829, 1836, figure all are like V-6 thru and v-12...but still might send em in... cool vid..jealous of all those AU-50's

I bought an F12 1799 Draped Bust Dollar and it’s my favorite coin of all :). It’s beautiful!
Pasties are great just dont skimp on the lard
I really do love the seated designs... but my wallet does NOT lol
Good morning Daniel I really like them both some of those dark coins are just absolutely beautiful and the same holds true with the bright white ones and I love it there when you get all excited , I get excited with you another great one Daniel have a great day bud thanks again

Happy Birthday. Some great gifts!
Happy birthday! Sounds like fun
It's kinda neat I got a 1938 d. Not the three legged buffalo but can explain about the fabulous 3 legged variety to people :)
Beautiful seated liberty coins. As for your sound, I think it is very good. I watch on my phone and have no issues.
What did 50 cents buy then? Probably a weeks worth of groceries. Some sweet coins, Daniel!
John that might have been a week's pay
@@pauld8790 I realize that........ who knows. I know my great great grandfather made 18 cents an hour in 1900 as a carpenter.
Love your channel by the way. Keep it up!
50 cents in 1810 equates to around $11 today. I guess that 6 of those could buy you a hog from what I found out... lol
IIRC, most of the early half dollars never widely circulated, because the local banks used them to back up their bank notes with.
I purchased a complete set in NGC MS66 for 2020-W Quarters. Lets see what they do over time. Also got the Rev. Proof 2020 Jefferson nickel in NGC PR70 to put away with the quarters.
Silver Steelers recent vid had an 1808 half with reeded edge. Counterfeit.
Sweet coins, love me some bright white slabs, received my order really liked the 7/11 radom one ounce round, and the slabbed Canadian forever maple is nice and the other stuff was also very nice condition thanks again

I love dark coins. Dark coins matter man. God bless us all.
Lol I just got it
I agree, coins from the 19th century have a beauty of their own compared to today's coins
What about them? This is not a modern coin video so not relevant.
How do I find the coins for sale Daniel
A 2016 w standing liberty gold commemorative in unopened original govt packaging. Only 100000 minted and a 1/4 oz of 24cc gold. What a birthday.
