I found you can also right click Anaconda and launch it as administrator, after which the "Update" functions seem to work!

But I kind of avoid giving admin rights as there might be some bug later on as the app gets updated. Then will have to debug it...
So either ways you can update.

In stackoverflow there are some solutions for this. Try this out.
following THIS instructions. Basically: * copy the following files from CONDA_PATH\Library\bin to CONDA_PATH\DLLs
libcrypto-1_1-x64.*
libssl-1_1-x64.*
