Thanks Maggie for another great air fryer recipe. I agree the time and temp settings does make a difference. For your char siu recipe I used the preset on mine to cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. I check the internal temp to make sure it is fully cooked to a safe temperature. Do you always set your temperature manually or is there a difference using the presets? I like my char siu a bit fatter but even at 350 it comes out a bit leaner with the fat ending up on the bottom of the fryer. Great channel and love your air fryer recipes. Garlic may be a good topping. I adore the garlic fries at the ball park. Thanks again
