We live in Scotland so it’s difficult to do the whole lamb on a spit plus kokoretsi (which I love and miss it so much!)This year my in-laws bought over four loaves of tsoureki from Greece which she covered it with Nutella or sometimes Merenda if we could find one here. I loveeee your videos and I can’t wait to go back this summer and eat EVERYTHING when I get there 🥰 haha

Magiritsa soup is made with internal organs of a lamp usually,but none of us likes it that way,so we made it with beef and mushrooms and it was heavenly,I highly recommend that you try it! I hope next Easter you can come to Greece to enjoy these delicious foods!! Also tsoureki is my absolute favourite and usually I make it with my grandma and mum,but this year because of workload we couldn’t and I’m still bummed,so I’m really happy that you guys had this, especially if there is merenda involved in this,it’s perfection! 😋😋😋 During summer the food tastes even more amazing so you’ll surely have the best time!! What a great video. Your family had a great time by the looks of things and your cookies looked fabulous. We had a bit of a unhappy Easter this year my wife fell over and broke her leg so spent the time in hospital she is still there. But I had a lovely day withe rest of the family. To make crispy fried zucchini’s you need to alternate dipping your zucchini’s into salt water and the flour for two times each and then fry! I’ll show it to you hopefully in my next video ♥️♥️♥️

Thank you so much!!♥️♥️ It’s called bakers ammonia so it’s safe to eat! You can add it to cookies for the rising effect but it has a strong smell if you use much! I also wanted to say to you that I haven’t forgotten about your dark chocolate dessert request,it’s just that I didn’t have to time to make it yet because of the holidays,I’m hoping to get it done for the next video ♥️♥️♥️
