Scrutinizing my Government and seeing if they will respect my right to film in public
Quality Control Audit (Q.C.A)
Audit for Quality Control to measure and review public access of public services by civil public servants .The Auditor will be engaging civil public servants and staff to check and review their profession mannerism ,skills and general knowledge in the performance of their duties .The Auditor will be testing staff on access to public records ,help in applying for permits, general question about local government operations .The Auditor will be checking for any obstruction or prior constrain to Freedom of Press in collecting public information for publishing .

95% of contactors or general public don't know they are liable if a person or person in a wheelchair goes out in to a live lane of traffic and gets hit by a vehicle she's gonna be a gloomy day for them.
Other than that get a T.M.P plan and make it safe for everyone!

yeah you see it around the place a lot, I don't want to be the footpath monitor, but thinking about more perhaps I should have more of a scene about it. Nothing would have been worse if I filmed some one getting hit in a wheelchair and I said nothing about it I would have really criticized for that and rightfully so.

Great video Kiwi Freedom. Clearly those builders don’t know their own rights or the law lol. Not sure why they got so upset as soon as you walked past the site with a camera not even pointing them at first lol. Thought the Police were educated and did good at Turangi. Looking forward to the next vid.
The sign on the counter said 'NO MASK NO SERVICE' and the female wasn't wearing a mask, nor too was one of the sergeants when the law requires they wear a mask in the public counter area unless exempt. I wonder if they are applying their signage to those who are exempt from face covering (given no mask).
I don't have a problem with it I just wonder why you film the public? New to the channel and learning my rights, so would love it if you had a video explaining the rights you observe in your videos.

Also with your name. Weed is not restricted in Colorado. Can grow plants and we they don't have to cut of a limb to afford a legal prescription. We are arse backward here. During a search warrant the officer asked me to "tip out my legal prescription" I told her there is no way that is happening and my name is on the bottle. Have an issue do something about it lol.

The 2 Police who walked passed you ain’t from Turangi either! But their mannerisms was pretty good, not intimidating even the ones driving out.
The Turangi police give up a lot of their spare time for the children of Turangi who are good and some not so good for the Blue light, Fishing comp down Tokaanu, Splash planet in Heretaunga, Rainbows end in Tamaki makaurau, Turangi Triathlon, Rugby, netball, and way more stuff for our community.
We got good Police staff here in Turangi.

I wanted to give the police a official letter of requesting information under the official informations act and they said they would throw it in the bin and trespass me
Official Information Act request or an OIA do it on line the can't stop you they have a form and a page dedicated page to it just google it.
Wow that was a pretty bad response from them if true, you didn't happen to get it on some sort of a recording device at all, that would be pretty powerful if you did, they would be in a bit of shit to put it mildly

Nz police should be proud of their officers. Usually polite and understand that what you do is legal. They are totally different from what they were like in the early 90's. Sometimes their senior leadership makes poor decisions. However the boots on the ground are fantastic

To me, this seems to not be about the rights of the proletariat, rather an ambush of we the people (so to say). you may as well join worksafe or some government entity if you want to attack the people...and give an infringement. maybe there's not much else in Central/South of the North Island.

Cheers mate I understand, but its just my preference, business tread on peoples rights all the time so personally I don't think they should be above scrutiny even small businesses (there are some real a***holes). I disagree with the ambush comment, I regard it as education, they make the scene not me, as you would have learn't here and watching never approach a cameraman if you don't want to be filmed.
And yes NZ is a small place and I can't travel everywhere. Yes I like those auditors you mention but I can never be a as good as them I can only be me, I have auditor's I like more than others its just a taste thing, anyway I respect your opinion, you have to decide if I'm your taste or not. all the best mate

I'm a huge fan of what your doing, BUT, I think hassling the builders about "blocking" the footpath was a bit petty, not like there was a lot of foot traffic using it, I'm sure most people would just walk around their vehicles without being too upset about it. Anyways, keep up the good work with keeping the over reaching authoritarians (cops) on their toes.

I'm fully on board with auditing the police, and any government department for that matter, and sure have a go at people trying to stop you filming in public. I just found the whole "you're blocking the footpath, its against the law" thing a bit cringy, probably because I don't absolutely agree with every single stupid law there is.
