also, there was a miracle baby that survived the crash. her mother and sister died but the infant was protected by some things that had fallen on the crib.
Tonight I heard an interview of a man who lost his parents in this tragedy. He explained the despicable behaviour of Pan Am lawyers, who deceived and imprisoned the grieving relatives, not allowing them to leave a particular hotel to visit the crash site. Their main concern was to try and agree on a small compensation payout then send the grieving relatives back home. Shame.
i remember this event. very sad. thanks for honoring those who died and those who had to live with so much trauma after the event. thank goodness for a couple of silver linings.
Wow!!! Amazing, blessings ~ thank you I’m AA flight attendant of 25 years and I still hear wind shear, wind shear coming from the flight deck, cockpit as the pilots run their pre flight check list!! I also hear it once in a while!! Now I know??? always said, it takes a tragedy to implement safe laws!! My coworker was sucked out of AA airbus which now has a safety light In the viewing windows of each airbus door, which took decades post the tragic death of Jose Chiu!! Only reason I happen to watched this interview is because of Jennifer Schultz and her reincarnation story of a brave little girl and her parents whom supported her through and through ~ we are in a new era!! It’s time people know, reincarnation exists!! Yup, …what got me is Jennifer and I were born the same year, we’re born in different parts of the world with different experiences. She still made a difference by influencing me and others. Nothing is ever a waste. We are here to improve, prevail ❤❤❤❤ make a difference even in a new body. Tough to understand but it’s our nature is who we are ENERGY it’s never destroyed. 🌸💗
I was supposed to be on this plane. Had a dream the night before about slot machines in the Airport. I hate gambling, so at 2 am, I called to change my flight the day before to go through Chicago instead. I took off from New Orleans 30 minutes earlier. We were told about the crash while on our flight. I had told my husband about my flight change before so he didn't worry. My in-laws didn't know about the change and freaked out. I had a 4 month old baby at the time. I think God had plans for me still.
At 8 years old I was with my family and we were driving on Williams Blvd in Kenner. We heard and saw the plane flying over the car and we knew it was too low. A couple seconds later we heard the crash. I suffer with PTSD till this day of a plane landing on me where ever I go and especially at home. I think about it several times a day. I would not want to imagine what people that actually witnessed it went through. We lived a couple neighborhoods away and knew 2 of the people who lost there lives.
I saw this reincarnation documentary that discussed a 11 year old girl named Jennifer that died witnessing the crash on the ground. She was reincarnated years later
I moved into the neighborhood where PSA 182 crashed into in 1978 about thirty years ago…it just obliterated almost three blocks in my neighborhood back then and it’s so surreal because the neighborhood pretty much has been rebuilt….thankfully, that accident, too, led to new safety regulations that helped prevent a Lot of potential mid-air collisions like the one that doomed PSA 182
That’s horrible..the way she described Barbara’s arm burned hit hard. Same thing happened to me when I was trapped in a house fire and once I was pulled out..my skin was hanging off my arms like how she was saying. This was heartbreaking to watch. RIP to all who lost their lives in this tragic accident 😢💔🙏🙏
My birthday is 10/01/1982. My parents were scheduled to be on this flight to Vegas. My mom was pregnant with me. My dad got cheaper tickets at the last minute on another plane.
It was the Delta airlines flight 191 crash in Texas in 1985 that made airports install Doppler radar detectors. Planes themselves also have microburst detectors within them, too. Delta airlines flight 191 also crashed as a result of a microburst, but it was on a landing instead of a takeoff.
No, there were survivors from that crash. They were sitting in the tail section of the plane. It had separated from the front section because of the explosion when the jet crashed into the water tanks.
I was very young, at my Great Grandmas house when that plane crashed about 500 feet away. It broke all the windows on one side of the house, the fireball sent my grandma into a panic, my G.Gramps actually though New Orleans had been nuked for a minute or two, he was yelling "My gawd they done it! We gotta get unda' da house!". There was a big argument between Gramps and Grandma over "It was an airplane!", "No, they bombed Nawlins". "It's an airplane, nobody bombing." A bunch of rescue vehicles parked in our property, and used our back gate to get to some debris. I retold the story when I was in high school in another state, and no one believed me, infact my teacher called me out as a liar.
My great great great grandmother died in this crash. So sad. She was going to visit her son that was dying of cancer.
Awful
@@WhyDoIKeepFuckinUp I live in N.O. was 12 when this happened. Of course, it was THE story for months.

@@jasonhutter7534 That’s crazy. I wonder where that baby is now. This happened a year before I was born.
@@WhyDoIKeepFuckinUp she's all grown now. there was an article about her as an adult. it's somewhere on the internet.

Crashed 4 blocks from my house! Never will forget this

I remember it, too; I was 24 and lived nearby.

they told you a plane crashed while you were flying in a plane?
@@jasonhutter7534 Yes, I think they were in shock. Everyone was upset because it could have been us.
No
You had plans to change flights.
No one else involved

same my they rest in peace
I saw it too on The Ghost Inside My Child. That little girl talked to the woman in this video and told her that she was Jennifer before
I lost my cousin Brian in this crash just newly engaged and on his way to see his fiancé. I can’t imagine the pain and loss everyone went through.
my aunt died in this crash. she was pregnant with my cousin at the time. my mother was also pregnant with me, so this was a big deal

They won't extend runways till a crash, same as they won't put up stop lights till someone dies...sad....its all money in the end...
I was the reason for a new traffic light...Police said I shouldn't have survived. That was 36 years ago. I am an NDE from it.
A micro burst took out a Delta flight landing at Dallas/Ft. Worth airport. Killed everyone.
There were 26 survivors....including my father. Think before you type!

A prophet event ..besides flight 90 Potomic River Crash ..exact time exact deaths exact survivors..there was also a china air crash too
