I got a question. If 100g of white rice contribute 29g of carb. Is it 100g before or after cooked?

Great question. Base it on uncooked grams of rice. 100g uncooked gives you 80g carbs, 7g protein, 1.3g fiber

8-10grams of carbs per kilo 24hr prior to race day or 48hrs prior to race day? Thx!

Hi Jason, its recommended to start this carb loading 48-24 hours out from your race... there is no magic number as to when to start but it doesnt need to be any further out than 48 hours. When you start can also depend on the length of your race and also how well you have done at training your gut so your stomach can tolerate a high number of carbs. I hope that helps and if you have any further questions please drop us an email on hello@precisionhydration.com 😁
