    Great Job! I have the same ones in my 68, the low backs... I'll bet your hands hurt after that install!

    Should of used double barreled ferrules on your springs. Look them up on ebay and you'll see what I'm talking about. Seen one of the other vw beetle seat reupholsterer videos on RUclips use them and it made the seat springs work like new. But I still enjoyed watching you video's. Keep them coming.

      The seats are pretty firm and comfy, but those ferrules are quite interesting.

    Looks good, but I think your problem with the seat backs was too much padding.

      I agree. I'll probably take it in to an upholstery shop for a repair soon--before it gets worse.
