So I'm still fairly new (started in December) and I still miss a lot of characters. Now it's mostly a variety of DPS-es, up until now I sorely missed sustains. Then this new patch came, and as tough as it was in terms of warps, Luocha and Aventurine really changed my account. I was struggling in MoC 5 and there was no chance I'd clear the whole thing any time. The first half was my DHIL hypercarry team - easily powerful enough to clear the stages in time, but so SP hungry that my free healers struggled to keep up. I had to sacrifice damage, or someone would end up dying. I pulled Luocha - his ability to sustain off-turn and remain largely SP positive was enough to pretty much solve that problem. With Side 1 sorted, I looked to side 2. Single-target damage with Ratio and SW, fairly strong, but lacking in reach, strength... and sustain. I couldn't clear up mobs fast enough, and sometimes I'd still run out of SP due to having to repeat SW's skill, on top of skilling with Ratio AND my healer to avoid dying. So, I pulled Aventurine. Once again, he could sustain off-turn and remain SP positive, as well as support my Ratio not only by triggering his FuA but increasing his damage, all the while doing very respectable damage himself despite his support build (50-60k was his personal best on MoC I believe). And with my two blonde sustains on the team, I went from struggling in 5 to clearing 12- with 36 stars nonetheless, on the first stage 12 try. Both sides still need a lot of improvement to reliably clear MoC, and against some enemies my team also needs changing (I can't really beat the Aventurine boss at the moment in MoC), which means getting more characters I don't currently have... But this is already a huge step for my account. Oh, and... The gatekeeper became my favourite enemy. Watching it fail to CC my team while summoning those little fish that do nothing but help my Aventurine? (Since they can't do enough damage to his shield, but they do give him 5 points with each attack) It's incredibly fun. :D
Building sustains is important no matter what imo I promised myself to build Natasha day 1 and I still use her on my IL team,10k hp makes abundance runs of SU funny
Little tip. Use your sparkle ult when it is your dps's turn, so he has the buff for 3 turns (it counts as two turns at the begining of your turn, if you proc sparkle ult in the turn of the dps it will not proc one of the turns) Basically I mean to say it reduces the buff by one turn at every beginning of a characters turn. So it will not be reduced if you time it within your dps's turn.
I’m thinkin I wait for the fu xuan rerun or try and do what I can to try the aventurine banner’s luck, because the best sustain I have is an e5/6 gallagher (can’t remember) and bailu. Hell even fire mc is cracked with geppys lc in an Acheron team
since you have geppys LC like me I'd say try your luck with Aventurine first since the DEF% is free stats for him and if you loose the 50/50 you can go for Fu Xuan.
i'll be honest like i left hsr for like 5 months because it felt like i just couldnt get through the game (call it skill issue thats fine) but pulling for adventurine was an amazing decision and got me through so many fights that i originally couldnt. now i can farm for things i want at the highest level and slowly reviving my account its insane
I still use bailu and geppy and honestly they still do a pretty good job in sustaining even though they don't have cleanse, you just need enough effect res and you'll be fine.
For the moc 12 that is going to go, i used acheron, gepard, bs and pela in sam boss and used dan heng, tingyun, huo huo and ruan mei in yanqing boss and beated almost easily. Acheron ended with 1% hp😅
Level 9 skills on a healer is hyper investment now? You can leave most of them at level 8 and it takes way less stamina to level some traces than to find relic upgrades

well...judging from your characters from your account...Ya got no Ruan Mei but got a Sparkle, and no two 5* sustains, which is the bare minimum you need for a great 2 teams in MOC and PF. All in all, Aventurine still does not help you at all, and yes your account still is bricked

Yep I stopped around 1.2 or 1.3, I remember pulling dhil and immediately quitting right after and then I recently came back a couple months back

You need two 5* sustains, no matter which ones. They never go bad, you just use them
