This was the year of fighting for what is true for me. What you keep secret (even from you) controls you. I had spent many years not wanting to look at that, it would be too painful, too confronting. Yet, when I got brutally honest with myself I started to get to the freedom that had eluded me for a very long time.

My First time here. I've been SLOW to 'get' Gary. I'm Guessing I've changed b/c this is my second video in 2 days of listening to Gary. Great interview, Good Information; I'll come back & listen to it again. I've lived my life being brutally honest & it upsets people! I'm still in process in seeing things from a 360 perspective.
