Apartment gyms are for that run before work. They don’t replace a membership but this is a solid place for that fasted cardio run or bike ride. The Village in Dallas has a LA Fitness level gym because tenants from multiple units use it. Nice video bruh🎉

$3K for a 1 - 2 BR apartment is too much. Over $7K is absolutely nuts!

@@DALLASTEXASLIVING214seriously? Because dropping $84k in rent, IN RENT, is literally throwing away money. If you have $84k to spend on your living habitat. Buy a house and keep that equity. Renting is such a bad investment. I don’t realize that kinda realization was that difficult to conclude.

It's over $18k for the "penthouse". That's insane, but the place shown (2bd) looks really nice. It has good finishes and top line appliances. I expect the "penthouse" does too.

This tour was a bit underwhelming. The introduction oversold this property. You can find way better amenities and cheaper places in the city.

This is in the Turtle Creek / Oakawn area of Dallas. The demographic is around 67% LGBT with an above average crime rate. You really need to be upfront with people.

Good morning! This complex is actually in an INCREDIBLY safe area. From my experience living in Dallas, the area you're associating it with is further northwest. Technically Oak Lawn is anything past 366 which would include Victory Park and Uptown which are both extremely safe areas, The Oak Lawn area people talk about is a tiny bit further.
That being said, any urban area will have higher crime rates than suburbia if you're just talking about Dallas in general.

He does this in all his videos. He is basically a cheap car salesman who doesn't tell you the real problems upfront. He waits to you buy then you know. Same with all his apt. tours. He doesn't state the bad. He will report your comments if they are not fitting his cheap sales tactic.
