Big guys need big guns, this is a great gun, especially for the money. I bought 2 of them, and would love it better than my 17 and 19 gen 5 glocks. These are thorough and reliable, and built well
Thx for review , Nice video with great informations. I used in turkish armed forces the colt 1911 , in few months i will be buy a sar cm 9 gen 2 , its not easy in turkey to buy a gun , we need a lot of time for security check and paperwork , and a lot of tax . İts a horror :) İ am an ex officer , i will be thanks to you for the information , that you gave about my country turkey in the comments . My grandpa fought in korea , my dad in cyprus , i fought in iraq , and just my son is fighting against isis in syria . The turkey is a member country of the NATO. But a lot of US citizens have a prejudice about turkey . Thanks to you , you know my country and you gave the correct answer .
The K2P (aka CM9 gen 1) and the CM9 gen 2 take the same mags. For $21/$27 on Classic Firearms you can get Mecgar 17/19 rnd CZ75B mags that have a matte finish and easy smooth loading to full capacity OR you can go with the just as usable $15 ACT 17rnd CZ75 mirror smooth finish mags with better round count holes on the same site but they're crunchier to load and very difficult to load the last 3 rounds.
Great video sir, I just bought one of these and your insight and perspective on it lends to my own. You got a new sub, and I hit the like button and rang the bell, lol.
Nice pistol for the price especially....Those CZ clones are generally pretty good due to the price point for me at least...Good info and vid...Good stuff...
For the $250 I got this gun for brand-new I think the deal is hard to beat. Sure it doesn't scream fancy but it functions without any problems that I've ever had and it goes bang.
I have the k2p and it it has been a great pistol. I wonder why the turkey made pistols never have a decocker ? The only drawback I have is the manual safety.
Do you prefer this to the B6P compact that you have? I like the compactness of the other gun but this may be a better shooter. Would you agree tire iron?
The CM9 like you guessed is a better shooter. It is easier to operate due to the slide being more like a SIG P226 series. Thank you for watching and posting.
All guns are inanimate objects. They can't do anything until they are in the hands of person. So a gun CAN'T be a "Combat Master". Maybe the person holding the gun is a combat master, but the gun can never be, it can't master any skills, it can't master mindset and it can't master tactics. It can't be a combat master. Thank you for watching and posting.
Didn't give it neither thumb up or down. Video started with far too many negatives. At the end there was more info that I could use if I decide to get this gun. Heard many good things, specially the price and being a disabled vet with fixed income sounds pretty good. I have looked and found them around the price you stated. I think the lowest was $279. Thanks.
That is the biggest problem with this gun - the lack of industry support (holsters and other accessories). I think your best bet is to find someone in your area that makes Kydex holsters and have them make one using your unloaded gun to mold the kydex around. Thank you for watching and posting.
@@carolinausedmachinery Black Arch has holsters for the K2P. Or depending on what kind of holster you want, the Sticky holster for a CZ P07 works nice with the CM9 gen2.
I hear you regarding Turkey. Here is my take on it - and I have lived in Turkey so my knowledge of that country is first hand. Sarsilmaz is a private company. So when you buy a new Turkish firearm, some of the profits go to the US importer and some go to Sarsilmaz in Turkey. They do pay taxes to the Turkish government. Turkey is actively fighting ISIS - something that cannot be said about Germany (home of HK). So I personally have no problem purchasing Turkish firearms. Thank you for watching and posting.
You need to have your eyes checked man ,Don't you see the notch under the grip to manipulate the magazine with one hand,? honestly you have no idea what your talking about..
Actually you are confused by what "one handed manipulation" means. "One handed manipulation" means you don't use your hand at all to get the magazine out, implying your support hand/arm is wounded and not able to pull the magazine out. If you are trying to clear a double feed, the magazine will not fall out by itself, it has to be stripped out. A properly designed magazine base plate will give a shelf or something that you could use against a door frame, or a steering wheel, or something like that to help strip that magazine out of the gun. Check out the video's where I install Vickers magazine base plates. Those are designed to be put on guns that have improperly designed base plates. Thank you for watching and posting.
I did say it was well priced, and I didn't say it wasn't quality. I did say the ergonomics on it are way less than most other makes. Thank you for watching and posting.

No doubt a bigger person needs a bigger gun! Thank you for watching and posting.
I have one for a while. About 500 rounds and no issue with any ammo.
It is wide because of the safety on both sides.
Otherwise great.
Alot of people do not have small fat hands, this gun fits my hand pretty well with the large back strap.

Turkey is a wonderful country full of very friendly people. It is one of my favorite places in the world. Thank you for watching and posting.

I have the K2p (first gen) and much slimmer than it's gen 2 successor. it's so easy to conceal and It's extremely slim

Your welcome - glad to help!
Welcome back!
Thank you!
Smith & Wesson's official name for the model 19 was the "combat masterpiece" . I think it's a great gun but I was thought that was hubris.
Totally agree. Thank you for watching and posting!
EH. .Turks!
Welcome back TI.
Thank you!
So the warden restored your internet privileges ......GREAT! Welcome back, ti.
Hahaha - exactly!!
Why is it weird that its called Combat Master? I dont find it weird

I gave it a 0 as a pocket gun.
Are you kidding? I promise NO ONE thought this was a pocket gun.
Perfect gun👌👍

I was going to say nah. Then you said the price.😄
Hahaha!
This is not sar series. This is cm series cm 9 and cm9 gen 2 different weap. Looks like sar series.
Sar is series name not sarsılmaz brand name
Good to know - thank you for watching and posting.
They say Sar just like people say Bob instead of Robert... SarUsa CM9 Sar CM9 same damn thing... Stop being a literal Larry
Great info but i thought CZ was a Czech gun.
This is a CZ like clone - not made by CZ.
can you recommend a holster for this gun?

Crossbreed is the only place I could find for one that you can order.
@@MP-vm1jt crossbreed has one for the cm9 model and not the k2p? I've looked everywhere and think I'll just have one made.

I own one. Solid Pistol.

@E Z E what type of holster do you have for it? If any..
Do you know anybody with a SW MP-10?
I'd love to hear your take on it.
My comparison of the FN-FAL and the AR-308 was a S&W M&P10. It was a great AR308.
Another great review! Dam, Turkey is mfg.some nice firearms for the money nowdays. I just cant bring myself to support an Islamic nation tho.

Not my cup of tea. I like guns that you can comfortably conceal carry.
However, you do about the best reviews of guns on-line!
