Thorpe Park - End of Day Audio (2018)

- Upon several visits to the park this year in addition to a couple in 2017, Thorpe Park has a new end-of-day theme played park-wide upon closing time, which is actually the full version of the Shark Hotel theme.
Here is said audio which is now used daily for the 2018 season.
My advice would be to capture this ASAP because I'm not expecting this video to be online for very long, so be quick! xD

Good job on finding a good speaker. Some of them can be really crackly especially the ones around tidal wave
I love the new IMAScore soundtracks. There's just so chill in the areas of the park. By any chance have you got a full version of the Walking Dead: The Ride soundtrack?

The track that ride uses is just the 30 minute Fright Nights park-wide loop used in 2017, but shortened down slightly.
But what about the outside queue line cos dat is different

@@James_110 Late reply is late, but I am currently seeing if I can recreate WD's queue audio since it's segments from the Fright Nights track mashed together. Might be a new upload soon!

What microphone did you use to record this? Also, if we can hear the colossus lift hill in the background at 13:12, why cant we hear people talking in the background?
oh, ahsley, i was recording the loop a while back and i used my phone with a rode videomic go, had it facing towards abbey lake just to the left of the queue time sign, as the speakers there aren't too bass heavy and bc i recorded 360* audio i can cut out the parts behind me
also likely a dirrectional mic pointed towards one of the queue time board speakers ig

Hi there, can I request the Alton towers 2019 soundtrack mix, I did record 15 min myself but not sure how good quality it is, I recorded it using the speakers by the slope entering tower street if you want I can email it to you or put it on google drive

Would you ever consider recording and uploading the music that plays on the bridge before the end of the day? Its fairly easy and the speakers are literally just next to the fences of the bridge

Mannnn those Bose speakers sound awesome, even out in the elements! Just shows you how much money Merlin has lol.
Actually, the ironic thing is that the Bose speakers at the park which clearly sound superior are the older ones from the late Tussauds/early Merlin days pre-2012 haha, since the newer Evid ones you see now like in Ghost Train's queue sound naff in comparison. xD
@@Marhelorpe Bose is such a good company! Also by the Evid ones, are you on about the curved lookin ones? (edit: Yes you are on about those ones. They are by Electro-Voice! As i am a DJ I am well familiar with that company. Their loudspeakers sound great, but nothing beats Bose lol. However i do think that Bose do overprice their products, whereas EV doesnt.) Do you know the model of the Bose speakers along the entrance bridge or any other bose speaker they use? (as you can't already tell, i am really interested in speakers and amusement parks. lmao)

@@Marhelorpe the bose ones are very good, i find them to be a bit bass heavy when recording so usually i put a low pass filter on that and use the rcf speakers to record treble and mid, i use a rode videomic go which is directional and 360 and i just record to a sarmonic recorder, idk the model name but that does 360 audio aswell so i can get the soundtrack sounding like an actual audio file nit just a recording

No offence but, your upload schedule is as consistent as thorp park making a new roller coster
None taken. Given this is primarily a theme park-centric channel, there’s not an awful lot I can do right now given it’s winter in the U.K. and there’s a worldwide pandemic shutting down these sorts of places.
