I have been keeping an eye on this EA hopefully I will combine it with another scalping EA in my real account
Great! I will be happy to know what other scalping EAs you are using.
I use this one in a real account combined with FGI n GSP, it had been good in the beginning but late March too much cut loss especially GBP JPY and make my balance stucked and a bit loss so I now focus more on GBP USD
As with all scalping robots, it will go through periods of drawdowns. It's great that you're using it on different assets and monitoring the results, and adjusting your trading accordingly

If you have to choose between PropEA or Forex gold investor to be approved at the proprietary table, which one would you choose.

It depends on the prop firm and their rules. With the Prop EA, if you pass a challenge, you'll lose in your live account. If you lose a challenge, you'll make back the money you spent on the challenge in your live account. But because they're on completely different platforms and brokers, the prop firm cannot see the other. I have passed challenges with both.

If not, which one do you recommend to use after approval?
Once you're funded, and if the prop firm allows EAs, the Gold Investor is better suited as the Prop EA is really just for passing challenges or getting your money for the challenge back

Yes, we used default settings, and later increased the lot sizes
Petko, I am from US; would you know if this EA run counter FIFO policy?
I don't believe this EA conforms to FIFO, as it will open positions before closing others.

How do you set de lot at 0.02? I Tried by myself and the lot size keep at 0.01.
This may be caused by your broker, account type or account balance. If all is in order there, please contact the developers to ask them why the lot size won't change.

The Forex Gold Investor video you did - Did you use mt4 version 1.5? 1.8? 1.9? i see youve already taken a withdrawal from your funded with it and are back up 16k and still funded. What version are you using?

As always, we recommend starting with the minimum lot size available, usually 0.01, and then based on performance, gradually increase it. Your risk tolerance plays a factor, so make sure you're comfortable with the risk you're taking

I am using this EA on a live A/c too
How long have you been using it ? Also what is the drawdown like ?
@@lawrencel2544 I have been using it for 11 days and I am in slight negative. This EA is not good for a quick return. It does best in the long run
It's a scalping robot, so periods of drawdowns are completely normal. Unlike a grid martingale system, where you would see a smoother equity line.

We haven't tested them personally, so I cannot say. But always make sure the broker you select is well-regulated. The more regulators, the better
How is this ea compared to waka waka? Or it is not comparable as there are not the same level?
You can't compare the, They are completely different. To start, Waka Waka is a grid system, while Forex Diamond is a scalping robot. And the actual strategies and rules are completely different.
Hi Petko, is this robot good to pass funded accounts?
If you mean to pass challenges, it was doing well for us on a challenge, but recently went through a drawdown, and is not running at about -2%
I changed the Lot size but it's still trading with the 0.01 lot size
Please check that you have done it on all 3 strategies within the EA
can i use it on my pc, my pc is on 9h a day will it work?
It will work, but it's best to keep your PC on 24 hours a day. Alternatively, you can look at a VPS, so it will run all the time without interruptions

I use default settings at this stage
I tested on demo. Zero trade after 12 hours. Strange.
Check your journal to see if there are any errors. You can also run a backtest to see if trades should have opened. Also, give it a try on a 2nd demo account, and compare results.

We keep finding new EAs, and if they're better than the other, they're by definition the best :-)

@@ryansloane6953 then show us myfxbook for last 12 month... if works for 3 months this means nothing... market changed everytime... EA for long time not exists...
Update: This is an absolute disgrace of an EA. It has a horrible R t R. It will lose 1 months of profit in just 1-2 days. I have told to author to improve it multiple times but he never listens. the author lost $175.5 just today. Imagine losing $175.5 using a non grid/martingale EA. I have bought 3 EAs from him but none of them have made me 1 cent till now. The FGI almost blew my account, Forex Trend detector is another disgrace.
We have also spoken to the developers and told them to add daily drawdown protections. They have told us they are working on an update, that will be released soon. Once it is, we will test it and record a video
@@PetkoAleksandrov I don't think adding daily DD is the solution. Just look at FGI. Despite adding daily DD it has been doing horrible. The Forex diamond takes horrible entries and sometimes trades against the trend. I have seen it sell non stop when price is pumping and vice versa. Unless the author works on the entries, it will keep performing like it is doing now
Really ...an EA using grid is the best EA ?
I am sure you haven't watch the video carefully :) It is a scalping EA. There is no grid.
