Honestly, the only Mono white I've seen is the caretakers deck. As for the w/b are you referring to the bats deck? Or is there a new take on that deck?
@modernwithrandy6558 the W/B version uses Hinterland Sanctifier and Snarling Horehound along with Starscape Cleric and Raise the Past. You just let everything go to the yard then when you Raise it all, they take 10 damage (usually) then the Gorehound fills the yard again. Rise, repeat until they are dead.
