I'm the same, sundays and wednesdays! Except I only do a co-wash on weds as it's quicker for me for work. If I'm not doing anything on saturday nights I do an oil mask overnight and wash it out in the morning. This general routine has worked for me for years :)
I generally keep two washing days a week as well, but being a doctor I try to avoid shampooing the days I’ m on duty … I prefer wake up early in the morning ad wash my hair before I go to work. It doesn’t always work fine for the curls though.
Hi Francesca, It can be a challenge to do a wash session in the morning, especially if you are pressed for time. My favorite speed tip is to add a curl friendly hairspray before diffusing. This helps prevent frizz & speeds up the drying process as well!
@@TheCurlStory you know, I only recently started to have fun with my curls, and I also discovered they can keep my spirits up when fresh and scented and styled well, so I try to feel better doing just that after a day on duty … it can make the difference!
Hi! Thank you! It really depends what feels comfortable. Sometimes I can diffuse my hair to remove the moisture quickly & revive the curls. Then shower with a shower cap. If my hair will need a daily wash (from activities like swimming, outdoor things), I’ll opt for a quick foam styling routine for the day. I hope that helps! 🤍

Hi! I never use oil. If my hair needs a refresh, I’ll spray water and just smooth out any frizzy spots with extra gel if needed. I hope that helps!
