- Found A Rich Gravel Deposit Loaded With Gold!!
(9 ft Down!!)
Found Gold digging a deep hole at Cache Creek Colorado late spring of 2021. Before reaching 10 ft down, i found multiple gravel layers, each layer contained Gold! BLM now allows wagons or wheels to help get the gold! Runoff from the snow melting off the Mountain tops was very high! So I was able to use my gold hog scream sluice. Allowing me to collect for gold, and less unwanted material to looked through. My blue bowl helps recover all the fine gold that fell through a #20 mesh classifier. Patron supporters will be receiving DMI Gold Paydirt bags for there monthly goodies soon!!
I got to met some great miners out there. It was definitely a trip I’ll never forget. It was in the high 90’s several days while I was digging, and I almost couldn’t make it. God helped us out, and a cool front came in with rain! It was much needed.
Thank you all for the support!❤️

Great Video Bro!!! always enjoy all your video's, greetings from Houston, Carry On!
Hi, I'm Mary Morrison. I love your rockhounding journey. I've always loved collecting but this year I've begun in earnest. I lived in Aurora, Co but never got to go prospecting. So .... I'm prospecting jade on the west coast and garnets in Idaho. I will go where I can. I still have my house in Colorado....so maybe soon.....
Very cool!
Thanks a lot for the support!
Gotta admit, I was disappointed in the St. Joe River (Emerald Creek) Garnet Digging Area in Idaho. While I support keeping the area as undisturbed as possible, can you really call it rockhounding when they bring dug up material to you. There's also absolutely NO proof that what is brought in has not been sifted through already. I've been there twice, mostly since you can find star garnets there, and I absolutely LOVE the star gems (and it's an easy day trip for me).
The first time, I got some decent ones, marble sized. I've heard stories of much larger, up to even fist size (occluded or not) that were found in the days when you could actually dig ground for yourself.
The second time, it was as if there were no garnets that day, I got there at opening, stayed to close and not a single person that day found anything decent. There had to be at least 100 people that went through that day! This leads me to believe they just add a couple scoops of chunk dirt and large rocks to make you think you're getting a shot at sifting virgin dirt. As for me, I'd much rather be looking for the giants in the creek bed and if I get skunked, it would be because I picked a bad spot.
Another great video, I have always thought that searching for gold or gemstones would be very zen. A lot of time to just let your mind wander and see where it takes you lol 😆
Glad you enjoy this one! Thanks for all the support
Awesome fluorescent rocks!
I couldn’t believe my eyes!
Absolutly beautiful florescent rocks!
Would love to go prospecting too but don't have the time. Watching you is the best thing
Wow…. Those florescent rocks are totally crazy!!! Also the gold has a pretty nice glow too… lol
Sweet spot mate, gotta get me a black (UV) light, hoping to go opal hunting out west asap!
Congrats on the gold⛏👍
😊✌🇦🇺
I collect UV reactive glass so a chunk of that would fit right in inside my blacklight display. Great vid! Taking a safety meeting while watching.
Very cool! I appreciate all the support!
Anyone else have a minor panic attack when that bucket of cons was wobbling on the wagon? Lol
very sweet my friend love to see that no matter how small
Glad you enjoyed the adventure!
Excellent adventure! Keep at it man, love your videos.

I so appreciate your videos!!! My love and I will be there in Cache Creek next week, and I am beyond excited. I’ll be taking my UV flashlight along too, thanks for the videos!!! ❤️

2000 likes or not. I’m here. Love the content. Would love to know more about the process of finding these places.
Thank you!
Cool stuff. A lot of people like to say there ain't no pickers left in Colorado, but years ago i had the same experience out side Fairplay. Down deep i was finding some real nice pickers and even a small (.97) nugget once n a while. Great video!
I always like the areas where you go, and your broad range of knowledge .
Pretty cool findings, man! Wow. Me dream is to come over once a time.
Thank you very much for the great content and a clarity in which you explain it
That's an awesome trip! Lol I'm not even aloud to use a river sluice in BC. Nice chunky shiny.
Hope you get enough so you can retire. 😁 However you are like my husband and y’all will never retire. He’d go crazy sitting at home.
Can I get gold in any creek
There are creeks and rivers everywhere in which you may find gold. The "experts " tell us to look in past successful sites. The tailings and diggings often turn up new finds. It's easy to find these. Search for state and national parks. Examine the names of those and ghost towns and you will amass a never-ending list for future reference. Past gold mines of gem locations often have mine names and/ or are named for the gems or minerals found there or Nearby. Don't forget to check out surrounding creeks, mountains, rivers since in national parks especially nothing is allowed to be removed. Always be aware of state laws and what permits may be necessary. Many places are free. Be aware of these.
Oh, and also, Irvin may have already informed of the trails publications series but look online for the areas of which you're interested, for example....Trails of Idaho, or the Northwest, California. etc.
Always love watching your videos over to see what I missed in the background.
Aw thanks so much
Looks like a beautiful place to prospect and mine!
Awesome finds! Love the florescent rocks
A lot of work, but you did good! Congrats

Beautiful Colorado scenery is the real gold! Wow

Nice
You work harder harder than anyone else on Utube. You certainly deserve everything you have found. Congratulations! I especially like the fossil episodes. The gold episode is fascinating too.
When I was a kid (more than 70 years ago)there were cobble piles all along the the freeway going to Tahoe, remnants of the hydraulic mining that went on there.
Love your videos. Wish I had spots in my area to enjoy.
Another great adventure!
One of my favorite areas to do prospecting!
Today is July 13th and thank you for uploading yesterday it's a very nice treat for my birthday so thank you very very much I really appreciate all the hard work that you do so that I get to see these videos I'm going to wheelchair and I really don't get out much there's times I imagine that I am right there I hope that's not weird anyways God bless and stay safe everyone

Thanks for all the support
hopefully since mbdays this month i'll get some gold yayer :)
So pretty that gold!!
I have to go there next trip. Cool looking rocks.
New subscriber here. Luv your videos keep up the good work 😁
Bummer on losing your bucket of concentrates on the road in my experience flour gold concentrates in odd places and deep or shallow it’s small enough water can move it around easily. So that’s why they say gold is where you find it. Bigger pieces on the other hand follow the rules of straight lines because of their weight it’s hard to tell where the old creeks and rivers ran before flood events and high waters created the gravel bars that ultimately changed the course of where they run today compared to a hundred years ago but to me that’s what makes prospecting so much fun trying to decipher where the gold is deposited. And where the pockets or pay streaks are. Thanks for sharing see you on the next one👍🏻👊🏻
I appreciate all the support and info!
So cool. Really enjoy your mining adventures.
Thank you for your knowledge !
Awesome I'm from maine planing a trip to Colorado in 4 weeks this is one of my stops I hope
Awesome 👏. Love your videos.
Awesome
Thanks a lot for watching the video!
Good luck on this hole!!
Sweet very nice
Thanks a lot for watching !
How do I become a patron? I want to .
I was like dear Lord, please don’t let a snake pop out..
Rocks a beautiful and nice shine and colors
I would love a bag of dirt.
Okay! Should have them ready in a couple weeks!
I watched you take the shovel to the hill . I would think that a long pole/crow bar about 6ft long would help to shove in then swivel to loosen up making it easier to then pick up with a shovel. Just a thought. Call me crazy truck driver
When you move the big rocks, brush the mud off the bottoms of them, where gold may be hanging.
Keep up the good work man
In the video in Colorado, you mentioned that you found a layer of clay where you were panning.
I have a few containers of clay clumps\ balls. I want to explore it for possible gold, but do not have any CLAY GONE to dissolve or loosen the clay. What would you use to dissolve or loosen the clay to hopefully fond gold?
Grab the Gold ❗
Good Vid!
Love your videos
Is it free to go mining there? And awesome video
Yes it’s free to dig!
Thanks for that support
Gotta love gold
Nice👍⛏️

Hey, I have a dumb question: is gold magnetic? I don't have any so I can't check, but if it is do you use any magnets to help you extract the gold?
No it isn't the black sand they talk of is thou so you'll see 🧲 stick poke in ground looking for the sands gold travels with .
No, gold is not magnetic.
@@bltbree thank you!
@@closed2459 thank you!
Sometimes it also has a host rock which has ores in it which are magnetic.
I need to get up there.
I need to get back out to Colorado.
That nugget though.. good work!
😅
Tetap semangat ivins. Videomu bagus! Suka suka suka!
Looks like real fun but hard work.get some gold
Hey I looking at video for a long time and keep me watching in stead of watching for 15 seconds and watching a clean out that could last as long as your video Wich is a good thang I don't want your gold just keep up the good work that's I like to see
Love your channel
Thank you so much
Awesome, I want some
Very nice
That was awesome looking for clear crystals
So cool
So interesting
Hey you should put paint on each one you put the light on at night and in the day you'll be able to see the one you want but that is really cool
Every time I drive by there I don't have time to stay. Next time I should just make a point of stopping to get at least a few shovels full.
Aprudent miner would be scraping a few inches off the top of that clay false bedrock you got there, pan it seperate
I love to pan gold 💛 but its been awhile since we were able to go ..
Aw!
IT JUST dawned on me,that a beginner could practice panning with a bit of dirt and some flatted lead shots.
or a beginner could purchase several bags of real gold ore from colorado rocky mountains!!

I made a 2 x 4 frame that sets on my Gorilla Cart, 1/2 hardware cloth attached on the bottom with n1/4 lathe for support. Shovel the dirt right onto the screen, gloved hands to agitate the material. Fill up the cart to the brim. Don't need buckets.
Good idea! But I need buckets to haul out of a 9 ft deep hole.
@@DiamondMinerIvins Then pour the buckets on the screen and classify. Bigger screen makes processing large amounts off material go quicker.
Epic channel. Wish I had my days to prospect/mine. I have to work every damn day of my life.LOL Sundays tho.... =D
I once worked 7 days a week for 4 months straight, 10-18 hours each day for 20 years. It’s good to workout!
