So...I feel like I won the lottery tonight as I was strongly recommended by a dear friend to not miss Jesse Cook perform tonight at the Queen E theatre with 1 hour's notice.So I was fortunate enough to share the experience with my dear Dad ! Life altering......enough said. Ps this was the first thing that came up when I googled him.
cant believe I am 63 and only just found Jesse Cook.....wow what a talent....love it...I am well impressed.....swaying and moving like I am seventeen again.....it is a revitalising and tantalising sound.......great stuff.....
My tech teacher first introduced me to this guy because I was at an advanced level and I had to be stuck in a lower level class. I had already been into pretty much any style of music that can come to my head at the moment, and this guy just blew me away. Even more talented than Desiree Bassett.
i joined youtube just to have access to his music on a playlist. his songs are amazing and speak to the heart...or rather sing to it. whatever mood, he has a song for you.. check out virtue, matisse the cat, querido amigo, rapture, waiting for tide and any more you see. he's worth it!

Jesse cook is an amazing falmenco guitar player fast, emotional and great improviser i have his album with an Egyptian gipsy singer, and she is singin' in arabic. Jesse what a wonderful diversification, it is good for me being a linguist to understand when she(the singer) was warbling lol. Thanks ceejeey8701 and Thanks for u J.C

Ive recently discovered J.C. and have come to love all of his music. The entire band seems to put out a phenomenal show. All different kinds of emotions are evoked. I hope to see a live show someday. If you like these guys check out STRUNZ and FARAH! The majority of their videos are posted by one fanatic (and decent guitarist). These guys are amazing and have produced many CDs. I wonder if they influenced Jesse at all. RODRIGO y GABRIELA are also fun to watch. Do you all agree?
there are so many types of music out there but ABSOLUTELY nothing can match the beauty or passion of the flamenco style.
