It’s something I’ve been able to do since I was a kid for some reason. You just get a feeling something isn’t right. If you get the feeling something doesn’t feel normal when you’re dreaming, try using your phone, they just don’t seem to work in dreams. Or try turning on a light, they won’t turn on for some reason, then it sort of clicks and you realise you’re dreaming and it all becomes very vivid and real, like you’re awake and you can do whatever you like. Doesn’t happen all the time, usually happens if I wake up in the morning then try to go back to sleep
@@dimplesocktickletit7189 yes the reason for that for most people is they remember what they were dreaming about and when they fall asleep and they think about that it is easier to identify and realise that it is a dream and not reality. that is how you go into that lucid dream state. it hapened to me one time but cuz of excitement i woke up and never again i could manage to do that!!😥😥
Go to sleep at regular time. Wake up at 4 AM. Stay short time awake then go again to sleep. Now when you sleep it it easy to know that you are in a dream becaus of no logic things. From here you can do what ever you like in your dream.
