can someone explain to me how the ghost rider can be infected? I can understand the host being infected but you would think the spirit of vengeance would be like ''ok fuck it im taking control''
Yeah, in latter comics it's implied that the marvel zombies versions are just way inferior to every other version in every way, hence why old man Logan could heal off the infection, and ultimate The Thing could one shot zombie Hulk
The same can be said for Collosus, Wolverine and Deadpool they are well capable of fighting off the infection - but the comic just said "no, you cant do that" and just defies logic even by comic book standards
My guys, it been years ago, long ago since we already discussed and know how dumb this is when it come to Ghost Rider who was infected like how Hulk and Thor are somehow infected but this is just *WHAT IF* comic that was made by writer, like how dumb do you guys even realize. Even marvel zombie resurrection shown that Wolverine didn’t actually become zombie, his healing factor is actually fighting back but he being used as “limitless” meal for zombies to eat and Spider-Man didn’t even turn zombie.
You can blame quicksilver for infecting pretty much anyone with a normal human form (catching them when vulnerable), Once infected, it persists even when transformed...
I never heard about Machine Man before, I don’t read Marvel comics at all. But damn do they make him badass in this. Actual Doom art after he hopped in the horde.
Oh no, the Zombie virus infected the main Marvel universe, everything would be back to normal soon because due to plot armor the main marvel universe is basically indestructible and nothing ever bad happens in that universe.
It only affected a small area of the sea and a village, the infected were destroyed by the Midnight Suns and the rest of the Virus was sealed inside of the Simon Garth. Any other infected caused by Morbius were destroyed before.
You know what's weird about Zombie Vulture during the Marvel Zombie stories. He seems to hang out more with the Zombie Superheroes instead of the Zombie Villains. Most of the other villains who became zombies still attack their archenemies, who are also zombies. So what's with Zombie Vulture? Was he a good guy in this universe before becoming one of the undead, or did he just figure it was best to stick with the undead heroes instead of the undead villains? Edit: 9:53 One more thing, why is there a zombie bear there? Is this supposed to be a character that I have never seen or just an ordinary bear that just got infected with the virus? Also Zombie Morbius should have called himself a Zompire, not a Vampie.
Marvel Zombies seemed like such a stupid idea when it first came to my attention but I always seem to enjoy the issues I've read (which have ended up being quite a few). Mixing Moribus, Machine Man and Jocasta with the Man-Thing crew was a fun idea too
The Watcher did that late in the game. He made the loop when 2419 was in the final stages of infecting 91126. The story this RUclipsr is covering is happening around the beginning to middle of when the virus was infecting 2419, and I’m gonna assume around the same time the Zombie F4 tried to invade the Ultimate universe. This was way before 91126 was invaded, so the Watcher didn’t put a loop on anything yet. Any dimension hopping between then was unfortunately not caught.
@@Thefuzzyoldblanket Morbius isn't undead or otherwise protected from becoming a zombie. It's a stupid combination, but it's a lot more sensible than zombie guy that can become a flaming skeleton.

And out popped the marvel zombies fantastic four. Like wasn't that the litmus test before marvel zombies became an actual series?
@@williamfiore7545 yep, they did. The "crossover" storyline from Ultimate Fantastic 4 is what kickstarted the whole Marvel Zombies universe and comics. 14:34 Lockjaw is not a dog, not even if he lookes like one. Once he was a very normal humanoid, until he got changed by the mist. And yes, Lockjaw can speak. But usually he doesn't have a reason to do so, because he has really nothing to say. Lockjaw is a fully transformed Inhuman. And once, when Blackbolt and Medusa demanded the child of Quicksilver and Crystal (her name's Luna) to be misted, he literally spoke against it, quickly talking them out of that idea with a very, very good reason, something like "You'll never know what you look like after being exposed to the mist - and now imagine an inhuman-mutant-hybrid. You'll really never know.". He won that debate. Edit: that was *wayyyyy* back in either the late 1970 or the early 1980s.

@samuelrodriguez9801 It is still a virus. One that somehow is able to infect superheroes who shouldn't be affect by it. For example, The Thing, The Hulk, She-Hulk, Wolverine, Luke Cage, Colosus, Thor, Hercules, and Sandman (There was another Sandman on Earth-Z who helped defeat the Marvel Zombies when Zombie Giant Man from Earth 2149 made his new zombie avengers there. And he wasn't a zombie since he is made out of sand. And yet his Earth 2149 version was a zombie.), Deadpool, Man-thing. When Man-thing showed up to the Midnight Suns team in dealing with a cult planning to use the zombie virus and Headpool (Zombie Deadpool's decapitated head)l for their evil purpose, they point out that he is immune to the virus because he is part of the earth and a force of nature, yet his counterpart on Earth 2149 is a zombie but still guards the Nexus of all Realities. This happened when Deadpool and some other characters went their to take Headpool back to his home universe.) It seem like the immune system and the healing factors on Earth 2149 are pretty crappy since at least one superhero Aquarion was able to purge the virus in him by hibernating and healing himself for an extended amount of time on Earth 616 and they were able to create a vaccine and a cure for the virus thanks to Morbius despite that he had to deal with his zombie counterpart and steaked him with a tree. No superheroes were turned into zombie in the Ultimate Marvel Universe when they tried to invade them. Some superheroes in the Marvel Ape universe turned but those events no longer happen due to a superhero team from Earth 616 ended up there are helped out to prevent the encounter of the Marvel Zombies universe and Marvel Ape universe from ever meeting by using a time machine connected to the device that bridged the two universes to meet in the first place with the help of a still alive Magneto and the head of Zombie Mr. Fantastic, who also wanted to prevent this from happening but for different reasons as Magneto wanted to prevent the virus from ever showing up on their earth, while Zombie Mr. Fantastic mostly wanted to do a redo on invading this universe or something just as bad. Magneto was killed by Zombie Mr. Fantastic because he made one of the other heroes press a button to kill Magneto. While Zombie Mr. Fantastic was killed when his head was thrown out of the temporal shielding that surrounded them and the time machine and blasted into nothing. These deaths were undone when one of heroes had to sacrifice herself to destroy the machine that allowed the two universes to become aware of one another. It somehow erased her from existence and only her friends, who were in the temporal shielding, still remembered her.
