Been doing this 8 years and I rarely ever get asked to work weekends. I don't think many agents want to deal with photos when they've got home opens going on.
Yeah we don't get it a lot anymore, but I used to! And it's really one of the ways I got started.

Loved the video Alex! I’m going to be following the advice from your course and reach out to brokerages near me. I have fliers printed and business cards. How should I go about getting the meetings with the brokers and what should I say to sell myself ? Thank you!
Great job man! Figure out what sets you apart from everyone else and know how to deliver that. Think about what problem you are solving for them. One of the best ways to get these meetings is to offer to sponsor team meetings. Ask if you can bring in breakfast or lunch to their team meeting just to have 5 mins of their time.
