A Katie, Bhain mé an-taitneamh as d’agallamh le Emma! I admire how you have just jumped in to everything Bitesize has to offer! It was a few months before I worked up the courage to participate in a Beo session, and I regretted not doing it sooner! You are coming along so well. I agree with you completely about having a fantastic team to learn from, and I can relate to your feelings about Ireland and your feelings of connection with the language. Maith thú, a chara!

    Very nice interview with Katie.
I did read that duolingo have not updated some errors when it comes to the irish language and perhaps that may cause confusion ? ? So i avoid it so as to not learn incorrect grammar

Do you need to be able to speak irish to go to a pop up? If you are only starting out will it be daunting and deflating if you cant converse?

It is best to go along and do your best with whatever level of Irish you possess. It is an environment where you will be well received regardless of ability😃 Níos chaill fear an mhisnigh riamh! (fortune favours the brave..)
