For 4k coins, you can get a 3d moveable player when you reach level 5. Does that mean you can get someone that you don't have in the "real" game and use them in the TCG? I have 9k saved up and am hoping to unlock a couple good players, but don't want to pay only to find out it was just a cosmetic upgrade but I must own the person to get to play as them in 3d.

Yes, you can have TCG cards of characters you don't own in the game.

you can unlock any character but if you wanna unlock cyno u have to be player level 5
