iRespect your mindset of “Its probably safe to get under the ice…But im not gonna risk it” The fact that youre out there alone risking your own health via unclogging dams, flooded roads and frozen over culverts for our viewing pleasure…Be safe bro. Love what youre doing.
Yesterday an excavator in our town crashed into the top of a bridge as it tried to go under it. My immediate thought was "an idiot with an excavator strikes again" all because of your videos 🤣
I enjoy seeing all of this beautiful natural and hearing how much Post enjoys what he does . Thank you for sharing with us. So relaxing and I can re watch many times
It's also really interesting how that ice formed in pillars all stacked together - I don't think I've ever seen that before. I wonder why that happens?
It's a treat to see a snow video. It's going to be 100*F here any day now in Kern County California so I will be referring back to some of your winter episodes just to cool off . Thank you Post 10
Love how you are always showing the northern winters. Otherwise, I would never get to see things like this. Learning about frazzle ice a few months ago was fun. Does your Granny worry about you? I do. Keep up the good work and keep teaching us.
Hi mate and wife I am watching your video right now and I love watching your video because thay are great to watch all the time thanks for doing the video for me too watch everyday love you baby x
Good job with the ice dam. I like the stone design around the culvert . Really nice. Watching you break ice looked like fun. Watch your step Postie, don't want a ice bath.
I live in Washington STATE and all we get is RAIN maybe if we are lucky 2 to 3 inches of snow in a year, but it only last 2 or 3 days! this winter snow looks GREAT!!!
no notification on this one. YT failure. I happened upon it. snow looks beautiful though glad our low in future is 39 degrees in Iowa.. Denver got 5 inches yesterday. I know you love this cold weather...brrrrr. no thanks!
Yes, another post 10 upload, even if it is an older video it's always a great day when you upload and I'm still waiting for another glimpse of the ever beautiful Ghost 👻 10,
Americans #1 Civil Servant = Post 10 Thank you for what you do and and your community service. The United States would be a much better place if more people followed your example of selfless service God Bless
Loves water, flows and currents, whirlpools, ice and snow, and can't stand the heat, loves lakes and ponds and woods and fields, exploring around... Nordic genes in this guy.
Just spent the last few hours watching your videos from up to 6 days ago (been away). Lovely trip around culverts, abandoned homes and etc. Thanks for the journey of discovery.
It was fun watching you young man you enjoy it. You manage to push those big ice chunks into the water and it makes me laugh. Need a laugh in these deadful times. This 64 year old appreciates you. Watching for about 2 years. God bless you and your companion. Is she your wife?
Oh how I miss this kind of weather!! I'd take this over 90-100* weather any day!! I wish I could convince my husband to move to Alaska but he loves the hot temps.
Once upon a time, a tree grew in the woods...not knowing part of it would become a world-wide viewed ice-launcher! The ice made me think of frosting, when you'd put your hand under it! A water park/highway for floating chunks of ice! 👏😏🖖
I know your trying hard Post, but in Manitoba, they have had significant flooding While some cottages and campers are making alternate plans due to water-ravaged territory, a number of southern Manitoban residents displaced by floodwaters are starting to head back home. Thanks for trying your best Post.
Great video to watch today. Here in the South today it was 93°F with 70% Humidity. Horrible weather here. Your own sweat can't evaporate and people easily overheat working outdoors.
I recently saw potato rakes with side handles and thought how they would make your job a little easier. Unfortunately the ones I can find are only about $25 and something that might not be sturdy enough. But the extra handle just seems like something that would make it a little easier for you at removing beaver dams. You would really need a commercial farmer type instead of Amazon cheapy. I was going to see if I could send you one but can’t find a place that would sell them for farmers. I’ll ask my family member that’s a farmer where he buys his better hand tools. Love what you do and find myself watching your videos all day unless forced to get busy! 😉
Oh and this ice is absolutely amazing to me! I’m in SETX and our winter temps are rarely below the 40’s. This super thick ice and especially the fact that you are out working with it without gloves blows my mind! At 42, I’m covered from head to toe in the warmest clothing I have while outside! Thanks so much for such an amazing video!
@@nova4021 We're roughly just as north as Canada except we have a maritime climate, meaning we get a lot of wind coming off from the sea from the west. Canada has a continental climate because their sea travels over the whole continent from the west. So we get mild winters because of all the heat stored in the sea and from the gulf stream, and cooler summers since the sea absorbs the heat in summer. Whereas Canada and North East USA have warmer summers and very cold winters.
I have been watching your videos for about a year now maybe longer so thank you for the entertaining and satisfying content. I will bet you had to be one of those kids that stuck toys down the toilet to see what would happen 😀
Love your videos. Always so satisfying. However, as a Mom, all I could think of was "he's going to get a chunk of ice in his eye!" Maybe some safety goggles next time you are chopping ice? :)

The slushy river is beautiful!
The sound of you breaking the ice sounded so good. Sounded like glass.
It's also really interesting how that ice formed in pillars all stacked together - I don't think I've ever seen that before. I wonder why that happens?
You encouraged me to go out a lot more and just see what I can find around me

It's awesome to see you enjoy nature where we're not that fortunate. Love the Frazil ice dividing into channels like streams.
The masculine urge to go outside and clear blocked drainage pipes
Beautiful video of the river and road. Thank you. 😊
I have followed you for about a year now if not longer. Keep up the good work, always quality content!
That was truly beatiful, the 'cotton' balls flowing down the channels. Could make a video to lull asleep!
Who needs a gym when you a daily workout in your job 💪 😏 😉 snow always makes thing more beautiful somehow!
I have no idea whats going on here but I like it
Only the odd time i see the axe getting used as very handy to have different tools for different jobs .Nice one Thanks.
Refreshing to watch on this 90+ degree weekend in CT.
That slushy river was pretty awesome
I love how careful you are not to damage anything. Such a conscientious person.
Beautiful footage great video ❤
Pretty cool slush flow in river.👍
I don know about anyone else, but I wanted to try some of that frazzle ice every time he picked some up. Cool video.😎
11:05 That's straight outta an adventure game!
Looking under the ice sheets was very very cool!!!

Wow , thank you post 10 for showing us this beautifull scenery 😍 and for doing what i would have done here 😄
Never seen an ice floe in action before! This was such a fun video and really informative too
your videos are so addictive. 🔥 keep up the great work man. 👏
Man that was some quality footage of that river! Thanks for bringing it to us!
Water guided under a ice bridge it shows how nature preserves itself. Like life is ever flowing.
It's so funny the things we both would do to have fun. We'd have to take turns holding the camera though. Lol ☺️
Gorgeous scenery and today is a hot day. So watching a wintery video is aces!👍❤️
Breath taking scenery I would love to be there.
i really like your deduction skills, the way you're able to tell what was going on by looking at the scene

what a fantastic video of a fantastic place , it is so beautiful there , thanks for the video post your a star .
What a terrific person ! 🍓
The water was running under the ice !!
It's like the launching of many ice boats but they crash and break when they hit the water. LOL
11:11 such a satisfying sound 👍
Great video Post. The area this is filmed looks beautiful.
Bout had heat stroke today. Now watching this lol
The ice flows are so pretty

That ice flow at the end was beautiful.
Could only repeat what you said. Lol. Exactly as I said it when I rewatched.
It's fun to watch you play around with ice and explore stuff, lots of people sadly forget the fun in that as they grow up
I know! It's fun to see his inner kid come out playing with the ice like that. Makes me smile and giggle

The right tool for the right job. As always good job.
Nice Video 👍
I just have a question are u going to do a another sleep in the colvert like u did before I love that video very enjoyable and entertaining
I wonder if the idea for safety glass came from the way the ice crystals in those sheets form.
Love that focus and determination. I wonder when this was filmed

I am clearing our nearest storm drain every time it snows so when it melts it doesn't run down the crossroads. All because I saw your videos.

Fly fishing the Yellowstone in February can get interesting with all the whitefish bumping into you constantly, too.
