Yeah, they really nerfed Max. He does seem slower, but I'm happy for the new things he has now. I like his new pipe special.
I was a BEAST with Max in V5.1, in V5.2 Max's Damage Output just isn't GODLY anymore.

Nah, in options you can change the Attack Damage to Original. BTW, only characters worth trying "balanced" are Ash, Axel-3 and Roo. The rest is shit
