I find that AutoSleep is very inaccurate for me. It has huge gaps at night claiming I was awake when I was not. It also has random sleep sessions logged during the day claiming I was sleeping when I was not.
Light and still are just different sleep phases that AutoSleep uses. Still is a phase right before deep sleep and light comes before still sleep. I forgot to mention but you can check your REM sleep under sleep stages which has "awake, REM, light and deep"!
btw it has calibration stages, I guess u can pick on of them. as I understand using the calibration you can narrow the time frame when Autosleep is tracking u. see app's settings
@@sergeynaryzhny9145 I tried several things but it just didn’t seem reliable, so now I just use withings app to analyse the apple sleep data, which seems pretty decent.
Exactly. I guess they just want a smart watch with no Apps. It’ll tell the time though. This is a way better model for the consumer, pay once and you “own” the app. No subscriptions which is a terrible idea. Kinda like having a car payment but you’ll never ever get to own the car.

HELP: I just got the app and it doesn’t track/ pair my sleep with the app. The app says error when I try to see the data
I'm hoping to get confirmation that you don't need to set up a sleep focus mode if you have this app. thanks for the review!
Thank you for the information. It was very helpful. And I will be purchasing the app after watching.
What is light sleep vs. still sleep? Is rem sleep not tracked or is it bundled into deep sleep?

Not been updated in ages! I've had this app for a few years but the last 6 months it's been total trash
Can you use it without a watch? Like how you just put ur phone next to ur bed on Sleep Cycle app
Not to my knowledge, I believe you need to wear an Apple Watch to bed in order to track any sleep data
Thank you@@jamesleeshin
Actually you can use it with just a phone. Not sure how useful that would be
Uninstalled after it keeps recording me as sleeping whilst I am sitting at my desk watching youtube videos !
Weird! Was the default Apple Health app picking it up as sleeping too? Or just the AutoSleep app?
@@jamesleeshin just autosleep

bro i can barely hear what you're saying. is the mic even on?
Thanks for pointing that out, I messed up while editing. Will be paying more attention to it in my future videos!
Ummm no. We shouldn’t have to pay $6 for another app after paying hundreds of dollars for an Apple Watch. That’s not smart.
stay broke
my thoughts EXACTLY
If you don’t, who’s gonna pay the developers of these apps? And why would anyone develop apps if they can’t get paid?

Then just don’t buy the app?
