  • Lions are probably the most beloved animal in Foshan. As a tourist visiting here, you'll encounter lions at every turn: lion dances, sculptures, carvings, rooftop decorations, and even the origins of the well-known local Kung Fu are associated with lions. So, how could I possibly miss the opportunity to witness the craft of making the lion's head here?

I love your dedication to try every craft at least once yourself! I think that's one reason why I instantly liked your videos, I am quite similar... I always want to know how things are done and how it feels to make them. ^^ Your lion's head at the end looked really good! It takes serious skill to imagine a 3D form and then craft it from 2D materials like wire! As for your question, which colour should the lion's head be? It's really hard to decide, they're all so beautiful. Blue and gold might be nice? ^^

Thank you so much! It’s awesome to hear from someone who loves trying out different crafts too. I'm glad you liked the lion's head-it was definitely a challenge but super fun! Blue and gold sound like a great combo; I’ll give it a try. Thanks for the suggestion and for watching! 😊
