I have known you for some 50 years and God has always had His hand on your life. While my heart is very sad because you my friend will no longer be in the flesh I have no doubt where you have gone. When I heard the news about Evangelist Rubenstein McClure transitioning, I really felt some kind of way. I found out this year. To be totally honest, I was utterly dumbfounded. . . It took me a while to process, but I'm there! We give God the G~L~O~R~Y for a life well lived. . . Thank you for sharing your heart about a TRUE woman of God........!
We was in Farrockaway Bethel Temple COGIC choir,on Sunday nite our Pastor do a short ypww so we could rush over to Brooklyn to catch that live Broadcast Dec Johnson of wwrl would do the broadcast he was my Neighbor in Redfern projects.Bishop Williams would preach then the Choir,JC white,Gloria,Rubistien Al White on Organ Butch Hastins etc people came from all over NY to hear them ,wow such memories,All i want is a little more grace,Stretch out,etc.so glad to see this great lady.
You'd think they had NO idea WHO she was singing to or about, they were absorbed in the "service" Mother was in HIs face, @ HIS feet with worship and praise. The Glory of THE LORD was surely present and it seemed she was the only one aware. "Church" folk.
Amen. @ Mark Graves you are speaking the Truth. Worship of the Living God must be done in spirit and truth and that requires living a life at His feet and always seeking His face. No matter the occasion we must always gather in His name to Worship Him.
