Hes so wonderful to play now, honestly. If they were to nerf him, just make D1+2 -15 and maybe DF1DF2 -10 on block and leave the rest as it is
Only justifiable nerfs are tracking on ff2, espectially in Devil, and db4. It is my opinion that lows with great range, startup, damage and +on hit frames should be steppable one way or the other. This trend of obnoxious lows needs to stop and let Kaz be the first if need be.
U can side step left db4 but has to be timed well, as electric doesn't track after +5 so db4 shouldn't be touched
