Deshauna Barber gives hilarious rendition of the correlation between Parenting and Leadership

Deshauna Barber gave a keynote speech in 2019 at #LeaderCastWomen Conference in Atlanta where she discussed the importance of “Adaptive Leadership”.
In the speech Deshauna discussed adaptive leadership and how it runs parrallel with adaptive parenting. The understanding that Leaders “ADAPT” and recognize that every person they choose to lead must be approached differently. Similar to parenting different children with different personalities.
