3 eggs
280 g flour (2 + 1/8 cups)
250 g sugar + 1 tablespoon sugar (1 + 1/8 cup)

I made them exactly how it shows in the video but my biscuits came out differently. They are still very nice but I didn't get that cracked top. They were just flatish biscuits, crunchy around the edges but nice and soft at the inner. Overall, nice coffee biscuits....I have made them again but this time I reduced the flour by two table spoons and added 2 table spoons of ground ( very fine) almonds, they basically taste like Italian biscotti, only softer.
Sprinkle ice sugar on top before cooking and they will crack
In fact they are the same biscuits for making the Tiramisu

I just made two batches of these biscakes and very nice they are too! I baked one batch for 12 minutes and the other for 14 minutes. The 12 minute for me was the best. I also added chocolate chips to one batch and again, very nice turnout. All baked on 190* fan assisted oven.
Problem is, I can’t stop eating them!
