God appoints people to lead a nation. Like you’ve mentioned, good or bad. In Romans 13, there is a precedent about God and government. If the solution is the church, why we can’t find godly people going against these “demon-led” parties, as you mentioned, to run nations? Is there cowardice going on from church leaders to raise up godly government representatives? Church people shouldn’t be positioning themselves with a “holier than thou” attitude. People who are already heading towards hell need to hear a message of hope. If political parties don’t solve the issues, whose hands would be the extension of God to produce the fruits here on earth? David wasn’t perfect but God used him to lead Israel. He was repentant. May there be then a church leader that will go head on to political parties to stand up with the Word and God’s directive.
