Hyatt hotels in India is not completely managed by Saraf hotels. you mentioned that Hyatt has only 7 hotels, only 7 hotels out 52 Hyatt hotels in India is owned by Saraf. there are other companies that owns rest of Hyatt hotels. your not giving the right information investors

No, i would not invest in this IPO According to me it seems that the price range is being overvalued which is not a good indicator. Further, as you quoted in the video that majority of the amount from ipo would be used for payment of debt which would eventually lead to a delay in obtaining further capital for opening of new hotels.
