The best approach is to divide it in 70-30 ratio.
Pick 70 shares for 10k each (long term).

You are a great teacher of the market please teach on fundamental analysis for long term investing in stock market, i am very young 20 years of age and i have invested ₹6,500 in 5 diversified stocks in my portfolios holding for long term but not buying more due to high volatility in the market currently.

Your story is also same like me last December touched 80 lakhs, Feb 2024 crossed 1 CR but Sept 2024 its 1.24 only not 2 CR. I think My 80% money is in MF and yours in Stocks, that's made the difference. Any suggestion how should i continue my Journey from here? I am little conservative, not very dynamic like you as you jumped a lot b/w stocks & real state.

If you check his P&L he made more money in F&O then equity sellings... Plus if he had hold on to etherium from 2016 he would have approx 13 crore as of now... Sometimes holding assets for long time is the best thing
True ETH was a big learning for me should have held but it's easy to look back and say should have held. But that time in 2016 it was super risky
If the market turns bearish he says “can’t find good opportunities”, in reality that’s the time u find the best opportunities as quality companies are available at a bargain. A goal of 10 cr in 5 years and he depends on equity markets that are unpredictable 😅 Just FYI - I have 10X my networth in last 4 years, no rocket science - discipline and consistency. Please increase ur skills, investable corpus, opt equity mutual fund for greater than 10 year goal folks
Quality companies in terms like fundamentally strong companies or the Blue Chip companies that are at lower price due to bear market. Well this pandemic era generated a lot of wealth for us too. Though I actively didn't invest but some suggestions of mine turned quite profitable like almost 2 lakh to 5 lakh in a year. But that's the corpus we could collect cause had other commitments.I will remember those points and phase them correctly once I start earning myself.

Your house was on loan, so when you sell it, you don’t get all the money. Bsnl takes its share plus penalty. What kind of bull djit he is talking and people believe him.
Let me explain. I had a loan with sbi. Bought house for 64L sold it for around 1cr. Loan was around 80% of that so around 45L. When the house is sold the new Buyer took the loan and rest of the profit came to me. Also no penalty since it's not a fixed rate it's a floating rate which has 0 penalty

Umm that's common bro. The bank has my house papers and the new buyer takes up the loan and I get the rest. That's basic real estate bro. Pls read up.
Ofcourse he can. the second person buying the house will pay the remaining amount of loan on behalf of the borrower before getting papers
