I received only helmet after a month and i have raised this issue they say that they are not aware of this welcome kit, but promised me to escalate to their higher up and later will come back with a resolution
Ask them again for welcome kit. Most of the showroom were not having welcome kits at the time they delivered bikes.....they're getting stock now. So take yours now from showroom

This so-called Welcome Kit is waste. I would be rather more happy if TVS had put USB Charging port and Windshield standard on the Ronin.
