There was an alternate ending to this animatic where Murdoc gets angry for destroying the car so he takes it out on 2D. Noodle and Russel laugh as Murdoc walks away from he wreckage, all while 2D stares at Murdoc with a look of pure anger and hatred.
when I graduate from ETSU I hope to be as skilled in animating as Hewlett or whoever animated the music videos. They are so fantastically done and smooth it's an art just of it being eye candy.
This is excactly how I found Gorillaz. I was a little kid when I used to play this silly game where I had to drive around with their car and there was this exact same road (except the ending wasn't with an moose) At first I never understood the purpose of the game cause the controls were so bad I didn't even made it on to the road for so long since you don't start on the road but way back in front of it. So I just kept driving around underneat it. It was just desert and some jumps. So then I thought I really need to get onto the road and complete it in order to win. So I did. No winning. You didn't get points, you never won and to this day I still think there wasn't really a goal in the game. Yet I kept comming back just because I wanted to hear the music again and again. This is the first time seeing this videoclip. It brought back al the memories of hours and hours driving around this impossible to control car just to listen to the music.
