The problem is everyone in the south shoots, we shoot on Sundays after church sometimes we shoot before church if the youngin wants too.. so all these reports of shots fired can be mis leading

There's an active shooter in every corner of the country, seemingly every day. Honestly, the amount of gun violence in the US is disgraceful.
Just to update,
They say potential suspect, they know who he is just not where he is now. I knew the guy, he is one year older than me. He is Ex-military so least to say he knows what he is doing.
The morning of the shooting, he went in and bought A AK-47 then purchased 5000 rounds for it, where? im not sure but giving the area probably A pawn shop.
Joe (the suspect) has had mental issues since he completed his service in the military, though he never did anything this bad before ton of family and friends for the past year has been trying to tell the community he was getting worse, even tried to get the police involved to have him sent away from treatment however he got out of that, Not really gonna say who's to blame on that.
The mayor of the county has been in communication with the FBI and White house since the event transpired, they are trying to get surrounding counties to stay calm with an official message stating that surrounding counties are safe, even though they have no idea where he ran off too after the shooting so make that make sense.. I guess.

There is an individual like that in Graves county that is like a time bomb just waiting to explode. He has been arrested once or twice but always released. Then he 'blows up' but stops just short of a felony charge. One day....one day it will happen. [glad I don't live nearby.]

Drove by exit 49 on I75 2 hours ago and the exit was closed and there were investigators on the southbound exit ramp.
42:00 the name of the road mentioned was “88 Little County Road”, in East Bernstadt.

Your reporting on the wrong area on your map I live here and you should be looking for exit 29 area Daniel Boone Mt. ParkWay it started near the exit but has ended up being a manhunt inside the woods in that area
Wrong exit 29 is a Corbin exit south Laurel Co.. Exit 49 is north Laurel Co. I also live here.

Ok, just heard they can't find a track which means no scent so far cause of road smells, dew fell last night which is hard to track, the choppers covered a decent area last night im assuming infrared night vision (heat), he's a pretty decent ways away now, they even said there is a cave there but the searchers don't know where it is. But the locals do. Its really a challenge...
I wonder if he used an IR blocking cape or something… there’s just no way those choppers didn’t see him light up unless he was well out of the area or he had some sort of cover/concealment already in place

RUclips has a limit of (I think) 12 hour streams. At 12 hours you have to end the stream and start a new one. I'm pretty sure I've seen him go 14 or so hours at least at one time.

The mayor telling Matt Jones about the two cars on KSR was true. I listened to it live when he came on and said it. KSR is the biggest radio show in the state.
The videos Randall Weddle posted to Facebook last night talking about this being a domestic altercation and reassuring the public they're safe have been deleted.
LCSO reports 9 vehicles were shot into in both northbound and southbound lanes.

They just gave a update. They believe they found the weapon. They found a gun and several magazines, so it’s assumed to belong to the suspect. Also I was under the impression he was targeting family but according to the update I saw it was random people. One car was from in state the others were from out of state.

I have heard, like most of you, car found, gun and ammunition in the car, and a cell phone with battery taken out of cell phone and shooter in the deep dark woods he knows like the back of his hand….. in my opinion he will not be found unless he wants you to find him….. dead or alive…..
