Yes it has general instruction included, and it comes in 3 style single, 3X in a 5X7 hoop, & X6 in a 6X10 hoop.
Where can I purchase the designer vinyl?
Are you using the faux leather vinyl?
yes it is a printed vinyl, and plain marine vinyl.
