I’m also dealing with about 8000 pacs a day at 21 years old. I’m also struggling with the health anxiety around these, and checking my pulse constantly. Please keep making these videos, good to know I’m not alone going through this, and wishing you good health
Wow, 30 years! It’s stories like yours and you sharing that help this community and give hope that we can live long fulfilled lives even with these terrible things. Would love to hear more of your story!
Sorry to leave you hanging! I will do an update next week....Dairy free (like a few other things I tried) seem to help for a month or two but then back to 8-10K PACs a day, not sure if its placebo or what.....right now Im on a good few weeks, seem to be a lot less. Not sure if its the warm weather, being outside barefoot, higher salt diet or just plain ole less stressed but I am very thankful for the good days I have. All the best to you!
@@gwheel3502 Glad to hear it! Mine all started after I had Covid last July (2023). I ended up with PVCs and PACs along with occasional bouts of SVT. Fun times. I’d love to watch your update. I’ve always felt like I could make videos about this topic too. They are so helpful and anxiety-reducing. Dr Gupta’s videos are great too. Thank you!
Ive had a 24 hour holter before and they said i had about 5000 a day so i feel ya man. Is this everyday of your life or they come and go? Mine last weeks to a month but i get it a few times a year.
Thank you for sharing! It definitely was everyday but now I feel like I'll have a good couple weeks than a few bad days where its 1 every 3 to 4 beats. Just had Cardiology appointments and met with a new cardiologist who has just as many ectopics as I do, ha! Only he has PVCs, was very reassuring and I thoroughly thanked him and god for the visit. Best doc appt I've had for the PACs.
Thanks for your reply, I will certainly look further into it, had not heard this being a cause. But from my understanding I do not, my Echocardiogram showed normal and I have normal blood pressure.
@@malikarif278 thank you for sharing. Doctor said just keep living life, they don’t recommend surgery. I did take metoprolol but it didn’t help, tried all kinds of supplements like magnesium and potassium but they didn’t help either. I may give magnesium a try again though. How about you?
Helped for a little while, maybe a few months but I think it was all placebo. I started back eating *some* dairy and doesnt seem to make it worse at all.

@@gwheel3502 yes, Definitely. These heart issues are still far too much classified in the department of anxiety by the doctors.
At about 2 months, how was the holter?
Sorry to hear about the dang PVCs ... sounds unsettling and frustrating. Hang in!
Any updates? Did your burden go down with cutting out dairy? I just binge watched your videos and I can’t be left hanging! Please update!

I hope it’s still slowing down brother! Im glad you learned about dairy free!
Still seems about the same, now I go through good weeks and bad. But the good days outnumber the bad so I am very thankful!
Do I have to pay attention to processed milk for finished products? It's clear with cheese and things like that.
Thanks for the update.
How are you doing today? did this no-milk diet help ?
