  • If you like that cinnamon sugar taste of a snickerdoodle cookie, you will love this! I've had people ask me to make this as their birthday cake!
    Quick tip: sift your flour and invest in the better quality flour for a softer texture! The plain cheap stuff will still turn out wonderful, but something to be said about taking the extra step. Cup of coffee and this cake was my breakfast... don't judge me.

    Thank you for this recipe!! This is amazing. I am making it as a coming home cake for a friend who's favorite cookie is a snickerdoodle and this is the only recipe I could find without buttercream frosting! 🤢🤮 So thank you so much!! 💖💖 Just subscribed. 😚

    I made the cake and it was good. After cooling did your filling become crunchy? The consistency with the soft cake is odd... never had a crunchy streusel before. Otherwise it was good.

      My filling isn't crunchy, but the coating on the top should add a crunch when it is completely cooled.
