Nexa has similar stats to jks and is playing with way worse teammates. I'm not going to say immediately that g2 is going to be better or anything after this move but it's not a huge downgrade tbh

Honestly I hate for the players that only get 6 months to go at things with a team . . . I feel it often takes a little longer than that for all of the best teams to have reached their potential
There was an HLTV article that showed every roster iteration almost always reaches their peak ranking 6 months after formation. It was hard data that answered the burning question: how long does a roster need to shine?
@@alarik95most of the exceptions to that are also teams who do at least show good form in this period as well, the only teams that don’t fit this mold are T2 teams who bust into T1 for a period and then generally slowly fall back to T2

Tbh can someone actually explain to me how long actually is an esport athetle's contract usually valid between a player and the org? The Stabbi and Liquid contract issues are weird to me, I mean if we talk about "sport contract", e.g. in football, I have never seen in my life that a contract that lasts only for months (besides loaning) like the Liquid thing which Patsi and RW aren't even more than 6 months. In the mean time we have Rain who has been with Faze since the beginning until no or Vitality extended Spinx's contract for another 3 years. Do they, the esport orgs provide "test period" contract or what?
A guy said in the comments that there was a HLTV article with hard data showing that a team achieves its peak ranking roughly 6 months after its formation, so I guess that answers why some contracts in CS last only for that period of time
they actually break the contract and pay for it

Faze and complexity merger is gonna be rough. Twistzz is so good and I would hate to see the Faze roster change in the slightest but complexity is also really good right now. At this point I just wish the teams could be larger than 5 players 😭

Idk why but Astralis and NaVi having fallen apart like that is really sad imo. Since NaVi is still splitting apart more and more it's unreasonable to assume we will see them together any time soon but with Astralis' players being either on a break or (soon) org-free? I genuinely don't see a possibility that s1mple switches to Valorant. Like at all. First off, there's nothing even hinting at that at all. Last 3 streams that i can see that he announced are all FPL. So him magically switching to a game that we haven't even seen him stream for a good while is complete bullshit. Second, he didn't say hes quitting cs. Hes taking a break and maybe switching roles. So where does Richard Lewis get the idea that hes changing games?
Lewis said his understanding is that s1mple hates cs2 and that if he doesn't feel the game is improving then he won't play it. Valorant is just an assumption because of the history of cs pros going to play valorant
Twistzz is a God and it would be sad to see him leave the roster he’s been the most successful with, but G2 losing JKS is worse! What actually happened in G2 is this: Niko pulled off an “Mbappe move”. He leveraged his potential departure for control over the team’s roster! That’s why he’s not the best paid player: he didn’t want more money, he wanted more control. Now.. I absolutely respect Niko and love him with all my heart, but if the first decision that he made was to get rid of their most consistent anchor, then i can only hope he knows what he’s doing

He is really unlikable, borderline throwing in his last tournament in csgo. Staring at the wall in palace while the rest of his team dies, and then yelling at them once he dies.
