I think the 572 is a proven tank for the 70cc saw class. Yes the 462 is lighter. But at what cost. With all the piston problems the 462 has had, I'll stick with the heavier more durable 572 with a better aptitude at handling situations it's thrown into.
#125 Another thing on flexing those bars is how far they can flex and then come back, without any permanent damage. Kinda hard to test for that without bending some bars! Ouch!!
Im like you in that one ive run a bout every type of bar and most of thems decent i do agree with you on the holzfforma bar about it bending at the tip

#125 I’m looking to pick up a 28” bar to run on both Stihl and Husky. I’ll be taking a look at the Cannon bar.
The slide is longer it seems to me they made it to fit both by using only adapter

What is the difference in price?
The cannon bar was 250 bucks and at one time i could get the stihl for 150
