So it depends on the pay table and game. If the game pay 20 coins for full house hold both. If it pays 15- hold the smaller pair. DW Bonus you hold the smaller pair
Great question it’s just not an advantage play with the 2 being involved in the straight. For example a 5-6-7-8 hand needs a 2(Wild) 4 or 9. A hand below 5 like 3-4-5-6 can only be made with two cards instead of three.
Yes in deuces wild you never hold two to the royal if it includes the ace, any other two to the royal you would hold so you would hold Jack 10 for example
