There’s no way Rockstar ever had any idea GTAV ever would evolve this far with the RP community.
I knew this kind of stuff would happen when it was released on PC, I hope GTA 6 is on PC day 1 so modders can start working right away. GTA 5 would be dead if it wasn’t for the RP community.

@@ryanmiller2543 I haven’t played on console in a long time, I don’t have a PC either, last time I played GTA online on Xbox there was very little people in lobbies and the game ran at like 15 FPS, unplayable imo.
@@rocksjoshua yea my game runs like 15 fps in 30 player sometimes 20 lobbies which i tend to get into. mostly i just play with friends and family doing races its just not enough new content that stays fun

Absolutely love these OCRP community events! I was able to spectate aa little in server. It was awesome walking up the stairs to the stands and just see all the cars fly by an 8nch from the wall!! I then went out and did some racing with stock truck with some of the guys after the stock car races. Rock on Jeff! Stay safe all

I really like the tweaks made to that horse racing track. While I get what it was meant to be initially, I really wish this sort of transformation for it would've been official in the game vs a mod since it'd serve more purpose than what is currently is in the stock game.
This remeinds me of the iracing days where you took part in the NASCAR races. Will you ever do another series on that?

The horse track in GTA does make for an interesting NASCAR track because it's slightly banked at the top, off-camber at the bottom and flat in the middle. I don't think a lot of people realize that. My approach to one of these races would be to run the Reddick line up top and let everyone else wreck each other trying to cut the corner.
Loved this content. Good participation, very inclusive and organized. Race control did a great job keeping it straight.

they should start punishing cheaters. wether thats cheating in races or in normal rp situations.
Well to play devils advocate it fits right in with stock car racing. Everyone who is at all competitive in those races is cheating somehow although maybe not THAT flagrantly

@@Dr.Doomsday19 for the record I do agree with you, but again in stock car racing irl those cars arent going to pass tech when they are on track racing. If you havent yet you should check out Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s podcast, he has talked about how everybody is cheating somehow, from lead shot in the frame rail so the car pass tech for weight before the race to even Nitrous in the car to "modifications" to the geometry of the restrictor plates. All I'm saying is that someone running illegal mods in a car in stock car racing is totally within character, even though these people may not have been playing it out that way.
@@Dr.Doomsday19 I guess what I'm saying is that as far as role playing is concerned, believe it or not they are actually role playing stock car racing more accurately then some might think with illegal mods in the car, again just for devils advocates sake.

Wow. Looks Like I'm Not The Only Person Who Made Up An Idea Of Doing Some Laps Around The Horse Track With Cars. Sometimes I would take some of the sports cars in GTA and freakin do some laps around the damn thing. It's still my thing and its so worth it.
