That is fairly common. My dad took me skiing when I was young and left me in some kid group they had and would Fuck off with his friends to ski instead of teaching me to ski the selfish prick. When the mccanns mention about madeleine asking 'where were you when we cried last night?' doesn't seem to be of any real relevance, but more of a statement to 'prove' that madeleine was alive that morning. My thoughts are that she might of died that night (2nd may) and kept her body in a suitcase in their bedroom closet (where one of the dogs sensed the past presence of a human corpse) until they thought of a story to cover it up. This suitcase would of been used to transport her body out of the apartment at some point during the night of the 2nd or early hours of the third. She would of been able to fit into it, aswell as it being the most conspicuous way of doing it. What parent goes out the following evening after hearing that from your child anyway? ( let alone leaving them in the first place)

I have just noticed something interesting. I was looking at the last photo of Maddie with Gerry and then I watched the video of the family on the coach when they arrived on holiday when Gerry said fuck off. How tall was Madeline, and how much disturbence in the linen would you expect to see from a child of that age? In pictures the curtains are so long they fit right down behind the other bed in there on the left & down behind a highback large wicker chair to the right. So if the bed & chair are in front of the bulk of the material, how would they 'whoosh open'? That's for dramatic effect I suspect.

What person that lives in an apt that hears a young child crying for several minutes or hours wouldn’t 1. call the police, 2. Call the parents if they have the contacts for them or 3. call the hotel or apt staff to say I’m concerned or being disturbed because there are children who being crying for hours. Maybe it wasn’t bothering her that much. I would probably think that some poor parent has a sick or distraught toddler and that they can’t get them to sleep, and that the last thing they would need is me calling police or the hotel and then having to deal with that as well. Some of the conflicting statements could be accepted as being human error. But what I regard as damning evidence of powerful, shadowy forces working behind the scenes is the information regarding the two memory cards which were checked by police. Almost two thirds of the photos were deleted. Firstly, why would anyone on a family holiday delete 2/3 of their images before handing over to police. Most family holiday photos would consist of children/group shots/local scenes so why would anyone delete almost 2/3 rds? I contend that a normal person would wait till the got home, download the photos onto their computer, then delete the poor shots they didn't want to keep. It's what I would do and I expect what most normal people would do also.Secondly, why would a police officer trained in seeking information have no interest in deleted photos relating to an abduction/murder?Would they not think it odd for someone to delete 2/3 of the photos on a memory card before submitting that card? Would they not be interested in what the photos contain?This was a forensic hi-tech crime lab after all.Even if the photos were deleted innocently, possibly because they were out of focus or someone had their eyes shut etc. etc., they may not be regarded as a good photo by the taker who was only concerned with the primary subject....but what was in the background of these 70+ deleted photos???Who knows, maybe nothing, but maybe everything??So by totally disregarding these deleted photos, the person responsible was not doing their job. I saw TVI and Gonçalo Amaral's video describing the work of the British police dogs in Portugal - and I regret to say that those dogs lie less than many English police officers and members of HRM's government. I just watched Embedded youtube video. Statement Analysis expert Peter Hyatt breaks down the interview that K and G did on TV. Very informative. The bit that stood out for me was early on when Kate said that she - at 10pm ( her turn checking on kids) - noticed the kids bedroom door was open more than usual so she went to close it back to how they normally leave it and then it slammed shut. And THATS when she decided to check the kids???? The whole point of her returning to the apartment at 10pm was to check that the 3 children were still sleeping? So why close the door BEFORE you look in in the kids? If you watch the TV interview she even reacts her closing the door to about 3 cm ajar - and she said then it slammed shut. And that was when she thought she should check the kids????

And that when she opened the door the curtsins flapped around and she saw the window was open. Then noticed M was not in bed. I'm a mother and I can categorically say that my first thought would not be my child's been kidnapped! I would look around to find her first. She could have been in my bed or in the bathroom. This is what doctors do professionally, they will consult each other before informing the police in all emergencies. This is call Quality Insurance. As a group, they brainstorm late that night or early that morning and someone or persons in the group know of people in high Government sort advice and that when the UK Government started Damage control. WHY ? Because if investigated has a murder it will cause the UK embrasserment. But it still leave a BIG WHY ? No doubt the child was murdered not missing. But why would the Government help with a denial and cover up value so for 12 million. Yes, help with a lighter sentence or get the trial moved home. But to deny a murdered or death and cover it up means this case had a lot of importance to the UK Government then this case demands.

All the resort staff could have been aware that at the time all the parents were away from there children (children sleeping) that the rooms were unoccupied by adults. They would have known due to the booking card for that table (which was booked in advance, for the entire week) had written on it... that the booking was due to the view/proximity of the apartments (i dont know the exact wording, but it did say that the children were asleep in the room) Culturaly thats odd for the Portuguese. Staff may have discussed or said something to friends about it as well. A key... to the McCanns apartment was reported missing (spare cleaning key) I think some people or some one at ot associated with the resort was in on it.

When the mccanns mention about madeleine asking 'where were you when we cried last night?' doesn't seem to be of any real relevance, but more of a statement to 'prove' that madeleine was alive that morning. My thoughts are that she might of died that night (2nd may) and kept her body in a suitcase in their bedroom closet (where one of the dogs sensed the past presence of a human corpse) until they thought of a story to cover it up. This suitcase would of been used to transport her body out of the apartment at some point during the night of the 2nd or early hours of the third. She would of been able to fit into it, aswell as it being the most conspicuous way of doing it. What parent goes out the following evening after hearing that from your child anyway? ( let alone leaving them in the first place)

How tall was Madeline, and how much disturbence in the linen would you expect to see from a child of that age? Could be be that the linen had been 'turned down' so as to look like a child had slept there?
I'm footage of her going up plane steps she looks like a small 2yr old not a nearly 4yr old, tho I agree with you. Also the curtains "whooshing open" according to Kate. In pictures the curtains are so long they fit right down behind the other bed in there on the left & down behind a highback large wicker chair to the right. So if the bed & chair are in front of the bulk of the material, how would they 'whoosh open'? That's for dramatic effect I suspect.
The maid reported that the bed hadnt been slept in (it was still as it was after it was last made up by her).

If the adults wanted to go out for a drink or food, kids came and simply fell asleep in our buggy’s OR all the kids were asleep in the apartment and the adults would socialise in another room or out on the balcony. When Gerry finished his check at 9:10, he stood outside the patio gate on the street talking to film producer Jez Wilkins, (whose wife produces 'Crimewatch') therefore, it would have been impossible for any intruder to enter or leave via the patio doors without being seen by them. The abductor could not have left by the front door either, which was locked by a key, so that only leaves the bedroom window with shutters, which showed no sign of being tampered with and no fingerprints... except for Kate's. Wilkin's wife described the McCann's hours before the incident: "Kate was calm, still, quietly beautiful. Gerry was confident, proud, silly, strong." - Weird!

Some of the conflicting statements could be accepted as being human error. But what I regard as damning evidence of powerful, shadowy forces working behind the scenes is the information regarding the two memory cards which were checked by police. Almost two thirds of the photos were deleted. Firstly, why would anyone on a family holiday delete 2/3 of their images before handing over to police. Most family holiday photos would consist of children/group shots/local scenes so why would anyone delete almost 2/3 rds? I contend that a normal person would wait till the got home, download the photos onto their computer, then delete the poor shots they didn't want to keep. It's what I would do and I expect what most normal people would do also.Secondly, why would a police officer trained in seeking information have no interest in deleted photos relating to an abduction/murder?Would they not think it odd for someone to delete 2/3 of the photos on a memory card before submitting that card? Would they not be interested in what the photos contain?This was a forensic hi-tech crime lab after all.Even if the photos were deleted innocently, possibly because they were out of focus or someone had their eyes shut etc. etc., they may not be regarded as a good photo by the taker who was only concerned with the primary subject....but what was in the background of these 70+ deleted photos???Who knows, maybe nothing, but maybe everything??So by totally disregarding these deleted photos, the person responsible was not doing their job. I had my doubts to sit through 4h watching this, but now I feel it should be made mandatory study case in all criminal police schools. You analyzed several facts that confirmed my suspicions about several characters that appeared at (and disappeared from) Praia da Luz at the time of events, as I followed the "live TV drama" until I was sure that the parents of Madeleine were liars. I saw TVI and Gonçalo Amaral's video describing the work of the British police dogs in Portugal - and I regret to say that those dogs lie less than many English police officers and members of HRM's government.

I just watched Embedded youtube video. Statement Analysis expert Peter Hyatt breaks down the interview that K and G did on TV. Very informative. The bit that stood out for me was early on when Kate said that she - at 10pm ( her turn checking on kids) - noticed the kids bedroom door was open more than usual so she went to close it back to how they normally leave it and then it slammed shut. And THATS when she decided to check the kids???? The whole point of her returning to the apartment at 10pm was to check that the 3 children were still sleeping? So why close the door BEFORE you look in in the kids? If you watch the TV interview she even reacts her closing the door to about 3 cm ajar - and she said then it slammed shut. And that was when she thought she should check the kids????

The Macanns both gave the child medication to sleep unknowingly . They overdosed their child accidentally on the Sunday night. They consulted their group. This is what doctors do professionally, they will consult each other before informing the police in all emergencies. This is call Quality Insurance. As a group, they brainstorm late that night or early that morning and someone or persons in the group know of people in high Government sort advice and that when the UK Government started Damage control. WHY ? Because if investigated has a murder it will cause the UK embrasserment. But it still leave a BIG WHY ? No doubt the child was murdered not missing. But why would the Government help with a denial and cover up value so for 12 million. Yes, help with a lighter sentence or get the trial moved home. But to deny a murdered or death and cover it up means this case had a lot of importance to the UK Government then this case demands.
Following on from your theory it would suggest that ether someone powerful owed the Macanns a favor or that something would get exposed as part of the investigation. Ether way it points to somewhere very dark.
Everybody seems to be lying and the loser is poor little Madeleine. This confusion almost assures that they, the parents, if indeed guilty, will never, never face justice. How very very sad.
Why have the parents (from the beginning) not expressed any dismay over what Madeleine must be experiencing now? Because she was/is dead and they know it. They are piggish enough to waste hundreds of thousands of dollars of other people’s money in this search. In Jerry’s own words, she was very sleepy, climbed something and fell, all within their apartment. They hid her body in a way that he feels is ‘an exceptionally good place’ and she will never be found. Of course, this was all said when he replied to very simple questions. Also there is a sexual abuse component within the family.

If I had to stake a bet on the actual events that led to Madeleine's disappearance and/or death, I would quite easily place my money on the odds that Gerry McCann in particular was involved.
His very person just screams of psychopathy. Kate's cold and aloof manner has always appeared iffy to me. Combined with Gerry's defensive and at times, aggressive attitude to certain interviewers and their questions demonstrates a man who has trouble maintaining a calm and collected composure.
Only 5 real scenarios exist: 1) Madeleine was murdered with malice aforethought, 2) Madeleine was abducted by a complete stranger who was unknown to the family, 3) Madeleine was killed as a result of misadventure or manslaughter, 4) Madeleine wandered out of the apartment on her own and got lost, died or was then abducted or 5) Madeleine was sold or abducted into/by a paedophile/paedophile ring which may have involved her parents.

All the resort staff could have been aware that at the time all the parents were away from there children (children sleeping) that the rooms were unoccupied by adults. They would have known due to the booking card for that table (which was booked in advance, for the entire week) had written on it... that the booking was due to the view/proximity of the apartments (i dont know the exact wording, but it did say that the children were asleep in the room)
Culturaly thats odd for the Portuguese. Staff may have discussed or said something to friends about it as well.
A key... to the McCanns apartment was reported missing (spare cleaning key)

If that was my kid/grandkid I would give my camera to the police or GNR, it's kind of strange when I take pics I take 5-6- pics to later pick the best photo?? makes me wonder why the McCann's only have a few on holiday just don't sound right!
Particularly when they are always saying how beautiful she looked , wouldn't you have loads of photos ??. So Kate went and got here camera from the room just to take one photo , you would take at least a couple to make sure that you got a good one. After all we don't use film anymore and have a limited number of shots.
Police will put so many out to the public as photos can end up anywhere. Please be careful with internet face book ect with children's photos.

@@sarahholland1375 It is hard to believe that a 9-year-old boy strangled his sister with a rope, surely he did not love her, but that way of killing her was most likely an adult. If it had been his brother, the parents would have shown annoyance towards him and genuine sadness for his daughter, even if they are trying to protect their other son, but in this case nobody really shows sadness. If there was no kidnapper it is obvious that it was one of his parents, and burke did not seem to care about his sister's death. Maybe he killed her Patsy and her husband were complicit.

I remember seeing her going into the Portugal police station the day after, she wasn’t grief stricken she was terrified. Eyewitnesses claim, they saw them getting drunk in Chaplin's bar, some distance from the apartment getting drunk and loud. It is unlikely if true, they ever took turns to go back to the apartment and check on the kids. It would have been drunk driving, too far to walk drunk. It is claimed a neighbour heard Maddie cry all night. In the morning Maddie asked,''Why didn't you come home last night, I was scared''.

Richard, regarding Mrs Fenn, Maddie could very well have been alive, until she stopped crying on the evening of May 1! That would have given them enough time to hide her body. Perhaps the sentence in Kate McCann's book, "Her perfect little genitals torn apart" might have been the true state of Maddie's little body, when she was discovered by her parents!

I've always thought the 1hr 15mins crying Mrs Fenn heard Tues night could be the night. If it happened Sunday the cover up was v shambolic. Why the hell would you take an expensive vacation & have a nice cannon camera and cell phones, and have to struggle that hard to produce one photo.....when I take one of the kids- I usually have numerous attempts at one pic
@@miraclehearts2 because it was a trip for the adults & the resort chosen because of all the sports on offer according to David Payne's statement (he suggested & booked the holiday) . The Mcanns used the creche all day every day. The other couples only used it mornings, then were with their children who napped or played.
The 'sunburn' Kate describes on her arm...the group all state the weather was cool & windy all week....so how did she get 'sunburn'?
Goq ironic they are protective enough to make sure their babies have hats on to protect from the sun but they leave them alone in an unlocked apartment to have fun with their friends!!!
