I just had a hen lay four eggs also. They were all infertile so I removed the eggs. She layed four more so now I'm waiting to see if they are fertile or not. Is there an update to this video
I've had a hen lay 4 eggs, I left them and they all hatched out over their time span, the oldest bird hatched a week before the last, I kept feed in front of the pair and they raised 3 out of the 4. The biggest kept kicking out the smallest one bc of size and the others being bigger didnt help. I found once the smallest one kept getting kicked it wasnt long he started going down hill. Just wasn't able to eat with them all. My hen layed 4 more the following year and I moved eggs to another nest and let them raise them up.
Thanks for sharing that! Is there anything you did why your hen laid 4 eggs? Yea the first two eggs they laid died and the other two just hatched yesterday.
The birds are looking healthy. It's the first time I've seen or heard a pigeon laying 4 eggs. At first I thought while the pair was double nesting, the second round of eggs didn't hatched, and laid the third round. It looks as if one of the egg is spoiled. It is better to leave two eggs under your pigeons as they would cover them better, and foster the other two eggs with another pair that laid around the same time.
That's unbelievable - 4 Be awesome if they were all fertile but then again what a job it would be for them to raise 4. Interesting - Now send me those two red check babies kalapatid! HaHa
That would be awesome! I’m going to have to float the other two eggs if I decided to keep them. Anyway yea those reds are pretty nice to look at. Just come pick them up here kalapatid they’re yours haha!
@@gpsloft5868 Wow brother, I think they have had a long season already so if you can I would float to give them less work load but also to ensure all the babies make it. Man I wish mine did 4 at a time I would have been done a long time ago Haha. Good luck kalapatid.
Awesome mate! Candle them 4 eggs when it’s time & throw out the infertile ones, if they’re all fertile I’d let them run their course & see what happens.💪🏽💪🏽
New friend here! Nice pigeons!

Btw all 4 eggs are fertile kalapatid. Should I let them take care of 4 or should I float the other two?

I know right?! I will in a couple of days, but I know the first two eggs are fertile for sure. What do you think is the explanation behind it?
Who really knows other than genetics, she may be a hen that lays eggs we double yolks only this time all yolks were cased separately🤷🏻♂️
Kaka Pigeon Loft I just checked and they’re all fertile! Wow.. this should be interesting. Lol
gps Loft if you can foster 2 of them they will all equally grown up.. or let them go see what happens 👍🏻

No, because this is their 3rd round together. Only 2 eggs survived btw. The other two didn’t hatch. 🤷♂️😁
