I have exact one same color you are right its heavy! But I like it when I'm doing standing shoulder presses and push myself back on it its NOT moving.
Exactly!! Heavy 🪨
I got the standard width pad, and the seat pad is WAY too wide for incline bench. I feel like I have to do a split just to get my legs around it, and it’s digging into the insides of my legs. I can’t even use leg drive properly, and it’s just ridiculously uncomfortable. I am very disappointed because everything else is solid, especially the stability. Maybe they sell a narrow pad I could try instead.
I love the wide pad and would never recommend the standard. If anyone ever tried the wide pad I really dont think they would want the standard but that's just me and my guys opinion.
Most people will never compete so why not try the wide pad and see what you think.
Take Care
To each their own!
I got the wide pad as well. I really like it.

It really feels better I think 👍
Got the wide pad too. It’s give you that extra stability for the torso when benching.
@2:04 you put the leg roller attachment on upside down, lil bro
I might return mine. I don’t like the seat movement either. Might get an Ab-5200 v2
The best "fix" I've found is to simply use it as if it has a gap and keep it there. Have had zero issues going from flat bench to incline then.
@@Fordged I think that it’s intended design. I noticed the same thing yesterday. I’m going to work out with it and see if I like it.
Took me a week to get used to the zero gap. It's automatic now I don't even think about adjusting it I just do it.
I was about to get this bench but ultimately opted for the 5200 2.0. Glad I did. The zero gap is a gimmick and constantly having to move the butt pad for different exercises would get old over time. The 5200 has a long back pad to the point that you can lay your entire backside onto it and use it as a flat bench.
@@AnontheGOATit’s super comfortable not having a gap (if you have a bad back). Otherwise there is way too much seat play/movement. I ended up keeping mine because returning it is a hassle. It weights like 140 lbs
I feel these are super nit picky. Love this bench for sure.
They absolutely are, and in my opinion that's what everyone wants to know before buying!
Still the best bench on the market and hopefully that came through in my review!
@@Fordged My wife will actually use the bench as a goblet squat holding the handle
Could I use the leg addition to rest myself on for seal rows?
No, simply because the bar in the center would be in the way
